How to Read your DoorDash Drive On-Demand Invoice
How will I receive my DoorDash Drive invoice?
Invoices will be sent to you via email after the end of each month, within 5 days of the new month.
You will be able to download the invoice details as a CSV file by clicking on the link at the bottom of the invoice. This CSV file will contain details on each delivery as well as which store location the delivery is tied to.
If you have any additional questions about your invoice, please contact [email protected]. To help with identifying your account, please include as much of the following information as you can in your email:
Business Name
Store Address
Invoice Number (this will be located at the top of your invoice pdf, if you have trouble finding this, please review our How do I read my DoorDash Invoice section)
Billing contact name, billing email, billing address
How do I read my DoorDash Drive Invoice?
To view and reconcile refunds within the delivery-level breakdown, filter the subtotal column for values < 0.
The total refund amount per delivery will now be split across the relevant columns, as applicable: subtotal (order_value), drive_fee, drive_fee_tax (only applicable for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand merchants), and dasher_tip.

Important Column Definitions
Start_date
invoice period start date (e.g. 11/1/2020)
End_date
invoice period end date (e.g. 11/30/2020)
delivery_date
date delivery was made
Cancellation_date
date delivery was cancelled
doordash_id, delivery_uuid, drive_order_id
Are all DoorDash order identifiers.
When emailing Drive-On Demand Support, use either the doordash_id or drive_order_id.
External_order_ID
Your online ordering provider’s order identifier or the unique order identifier you entered into the Drive Portal
Is_return_delivery_flag
Indicates if an order was returned
Business_name
Your company’s name
External_store_id
Your online ordering provider’s identifier for your store. May be blank
Store_name
Your store name
Store_address
Your store address
Subtotal
order subtotal/food value (e.g. $50)
Drive_fee
DoorDash Drive On-Demand delivery fee (e.g. $7.99)
Drive_fee_tax
Tax on the doordash drive delivery fee
Adjustment
Refunds or fees issued for the delivery, if any. Will be a negative value (e.g. -$10.00).
Dasher_tip
Driver tip amount for the delivery (e.g. $2.00)
Total_charge
Total amount charged for the delivery. Commission_subtotal + dasher_tip + adjustments + aggregator fee
Notes
If a refund is due, there will be some general notes regarding what the refund is for (e.g. delivered late)
