Eligibility:

The Monthly Plan Guarantee (the “

Guarantee

”) is available only to select users as identified in their DoorDash accounts (each, an “

Eligible User

”). To receive the Guarantee, an Eligible User must remain enrolled in the DashPass Monthly Plan through the end date shown in the Eligible User’s DoorDash account (the “

Guarantee Period

”) and may not cancel or terminate their DashPass Monthly Plan before that date.

How the Guarantee Works: As a DashPass member, Eligible Users receive a $0 delivery fee and a reduced service fee on eligible DashPass orders (the “

DashPass Benefit

”). The DashPass Benefit applies only to eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet any applicable minimum subtotal requirement, as displayed in the DoorDash app. Other fees, taxes, and gratuity still apply.

The Guarantee is evaluated separately for each DashPass Monthly billing cycle that begins and ends during the Guarantee Period (each, a “

Billing Cycle

”).

“

DashPass Benefit Saving

s” means, for a given Billing Cycle, the combined amount of savings from (i) the reduced delivery fee (i.e., the difference between the delivery fee for a given merchant and $0) and (ii) the reduced service fee (i.e., the difference between the standard service fee rate and the DashPass service fee rate), in each case on eligible orders placed and completed during that Billing Cycle.

If an Eligible User’s DashPass Benefit Savings for a Billing Cycle are less than $9.99 (the “

Monthly Subscription Fee Amount

”), DoorDash will provide DoorDash promo code(s) valued as the difference between the Monthly Subscription Fee Amount and the Eligible User’s DashPass Benefit Savings for that Billing Cycle (the “

Savings Differential

”). The Savings Differential will be rounded up to the nearest whole $1 (e.g., $3.25 rounds up to $4) and will be issued as promo code(s) for a discount on DoorDash (the “Discount”).

For clarity, DashPass Benefit Savings do not carry over between Billing Cycles; each Billing Cycle starts a new calculation.

Discount Terms & Conditions:

Eligible Users will receive the Discount in their DoorDash account after the next billing date for their DashPass Monthly Plan (i.e., when the plan renews). The Discount must be redeemed no later than twenty-one (21) days after it is made available in the Eligible User’s DoorDash account. The Eligible User must manually select the Discount from their DoorDash wallet at checkout to redeem it.

The Discount applies only to the order subtotal. Fees, taxes, and gratuity still apply and the Discount will not reduce those charges. If the full Discount value is not redeemed on a single order, any remaining value is forfeited and will not be available for future orders. Discount not valid for the purchase of alcohol. No cash value. Non-transferable. To redeem the Discount, you must have or create a valid DoorDash account with a valid accepted payment method on file. All orders are subject to availability.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

This Guarantee applies only during the Guarantee Period shown in your DoorDash account and only for Billing Cycles that begin and end during the Guarantee Period. DoorDash will evaluate eligibility for a Discount each Billing Cycle, and an Eligible User may receive multiple Discounts during the Guarantee Period if the Eligible User’s DashPass Benefit Savings are less than the Monthly Subscription Fee Amount in multiple Billing Cycles. This Guarantee is not a product warranty. DoorDash may modify, suspend, or end this Guarantee at any time; however, changes will not reduce any Discount already issued. The
