Android Open Beta Group FAQ
Q: What is the DoorDash Open Beta Group for Android?
A: The DoorDash Open Beta Group for Android is a program where Dashers can try new features in the DoorDash app before it is officially released, providing Dashers with an opportunity to give feedback to our software development team. Certain data on your use of the app will be collected and shared with the software development team to help improve the app. Currently, this feature is for Android users only.
Q: How does it work?
A: Every week, we release new features and fixes in the app. As an Open Beta Group user, you’ll be the first to test these and given an opportunity to provide feedback that allows us to improve the Dasher experience and app quality. When you sign up for Open Beta, you’ll also receive a link to a form that will allow you to report these issues in an accurate, timely, and actionable way. Our software development team will then take your feedback and fix issues, having a positive impact on the entire Dasher fleet.
