DashPass x Lyft Offers Terms and Conditions (Canada)

Lyft offers: DoorDash and Lyft are pleased to offer DashPass subscribers (in Canada only) certain offers on Lyft rides (“Lyft Offers”). DashPass subscribers who link their active DashPass subscription to their Lyft account, and keep it linked, will be eligible for the Lyft Offers (“Eligible Subscribers”). Details of the Lyft Offers eligibility requirements and terms and conditions are specified below:

50% off 1  Lyft ride (up to $10): This offer is only available for Eligible Subscribers who link their DashPass and Lyft accounts. The offer must be redeemed within 30 days of linking DashPass and Lyft accounts. Must have an active DashPass account linked to a Lyft account in order to redeem. The maximum value of the discount is $10 per ride. Discount applies to subtotal only; does not apply to fees, taxes, and gratuity. Limit 1 per person. Fees, taxes, and gratuity still apply. Offer will be applied automatically on qualifying Lyft rides. Offer is subject to the DashPass terms, the Lyft Terms of Service, and these terms and conditions.

Save 5% off on-demand Lyft rides: This offer is available for all Eligible Subscribers. Must have an active DashPass account linked to a Lyft account in order to redeem. Discount applies only to Lyft on-demand rides in Standard, Extra Comfort, XL, Black, or Black SUV modes, booked via the Lyft platform. Discount applies to subtotal only; does not apply to fees, taxes, and gratuity. Maximum of 4 discounted rides per calendar month for 5% discount on on-demand rides. Fees, taxes, and gratuity still apply. The offer will be applied automatically on qualifying Lyft rides. Offer is subject to the DashPass terms, the Lyft Terms of Service, and these terms and conditions.

Save 10% off scheduled airport Lyft rides: This offer is available for all Eligible Subscribers.  Must have an active DashPass account linked to a Lyft account in order to redeem. Discount applies only to scheduled Lyft rides to and from an airport in Canada booked via the Lyft platform. Maximum of 4 discounted rides per calendar month for 10% discount on scheduled airport rides. Discount applies to subtotal only; does not apply to fees, taxes, and gratuity. Fees, taxes, and gratuity still apply. Offer will be applied automatically on qualifying Lyft rides. Offer is subject to the DashPass terms, the Lyft Terms of Service, and these terms and conditions.

Save 10% off on-demand Lyft rides: Available between 6/25/26 - 7/8/26 to linked DashPass members in FIFA World Cup host cities only (Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Toronto, Vancouver). During the promo period, this offer will supersede the standard save 5% on-demand ride benefit. Discount applies to a maximum of 4 rides per month in total, inclusive of the existing 10% off scheduled airport rides benefit. Eligible on-demand ride modes: Standard, Extra Comfort, XL, Black, and Black SUV. Eligible scheduled rides: airport rides only. Discount applies to the subtotal only and will be automatically applied on qualifying rides booked via the Lyft platform. Offer is subject to the DashPass terms, the Lyft Terms of Service and the DashPass x Lyft terms. Only available to select users as indicated in their account associated with this email address.

2 x Priority Pickup upgrades each month: This offer is available for all Eligible Subscribers. Must have an active DashPass account linked to a Lyft account to redeem. Free priority pickup upgrade(s) limited to 2 free upgrades per calendar month, when available. Offer will be applied automatically on qualifying Lyft rides. Fees, taxes, and gratuity still apply. DashPass Offers: In addition to the Lyft Offers, Eligible Subscribers who link their DashPass subscription to their link account and keep it linked will also be provided with offers on the DoorDash platform (“DashPass Offer”). Details of the DashPass Offer eligibility requirements and terms and conditions are specified below:

3 months free of DashPass: Offer only valid for users that have not been subscribed to DashPass (whether on a free trial or paid membership) for at least a six-month period prior to linking their DashPass and Lyft account. Must have an active DashPass account linked to a Lyft account in order to redeem. Limit of 1 free trial period per customer. After the DashPass trial period ends, you will automatically be charged the then-current monthly DashPass membership fee (currently $9.99) plus applicable tax until you cancel. The DashPass membership fee will be charged to your preferred or any other payment method in your DoorDash account. DashPass benefits apply only on eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the minimum subtotal requirement, excluding fees and taxes. Subtotal minimums will be identified for each DashPass merchant on DoorDash. Other fees (including service fee), taxes, and gratuity still apply. Discount will be automatically applied on qualifying Lyft rides.

2 free Priority Pickup upgrades each month: Free Priority Pickup upgrade(s) limited to 2 rides per user per month. Offer will be automatically applied on qualifying Lyft rides.

Linked accounts:  In order to be eligible for the Lyft Offers and the DashPass Offer, Eligible Subscribers must have an active DashPass subscription and link the DashPass subscription to their Lyft account. If customers link their  DashPass subscription to their  Lyft account, DoorDash will share their personal information with Lyft solely for the purpose of providing customers with the Lyft Offers. Customers may stop such sharing of personal information for the purposes of providing the Lyft Offers at any time by unlinking their  DashPass subscription from their  Lyft account. Customers who fail to link their DashPass subscription to their Lyft account or who unlink their DashPass subscription to their Lyft account will not be eligible for the Lyft Offers or the DashPass Offer. Likewise, if a customer cancels their DashPass subscription, they will not be eligible for the DashPass Offer of the Lyft Offers. At the conclusion of that 30-day free trial, those customers will automatically be charged the then-current monthly DashPass membership fee (currently $9.99) plus applicable tax until they cancel. The DashPass membership fee will be charged to the customer’s preferred or any other payment method on file in the customer’s DoorDash account.

Fraud prevention: Both DoorDash and Lyft reserve the right to prohibit users from redeeming the DoorDash Offer and/or the Lyft Offers and cancel customers' DashPass subscription or Lyft account if either DoorDash or Lyft believe in their sole discretion, that the user is or is attempting to act fraudulently. This includes (but is not limited to) (i) any users that attempt to link multiple DashPass subscriptions to the same Lyft account or vice versa, and (ii) any user that creates multiple DashPass or Lyft accounts for the purpose of redeeming offers beyond what is permitted by these terms and conditions.

Offers may not be combined or stacked. Unless specified otherwise, each Lyft Offer and the DashPass Offer is limited to one per person per transaction and may not be combined with, stacked with, or applied alongside any other offer or promotion.

Modification of Terms:  DoorDash and/or Lyft reserve the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or discontinue the Lyft Offers and the DoorDash Offer without any notice to customers, including the types of benefits offered and eligibility requirements. If termination or modification of the Lyft Offers or the DoorDash Offer precludes customers from redeeming any benefit (or reduces the value of the benefit able to be redeemed by customers), customers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit, or compensation.

General DashPass Terms: DashPass order benefits apply only to eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the minimum subtotal requirement. Subtotal minimums will be identified on DoorDash for each DashPass-eligible merchant. Other fees (including service fees), taxes, and gratuity still apply. DASHPASS SUBSCRIBERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE (CURRENTLY $9.99 PER MONTH FOR MONTHLY PLAN OR $96 PER YEAR FOR ANNUAL PLAN) PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES ON A RECURRING MONTHLY BASIS UNTIL THEY CANCEL. The DashPass subscription fee may be charged to any payment method in your DoorDash account. DoorDash reserves the right to modify or cancel any DashPass benefits at any time.
