DashPass x Lyft Offers Terms and Conditions
Starting November 5, 2026, eligible DashPass members in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) can claim Lyft Go at no additional membership cost, and eligible Lyft Go members can claim DashPass at no additional membership cost. Members who have their DoorDash and Lyft accounts linked and activate the benefit earn 8% back in Lyft Credits on eligible Lyft rides (up to $40 per month), redeemable on eligible DoorDash orders or Lyft rides.
DashPass members: DashPass members can get complimentary Lyft Go by linking accounts at doordash.com/lyft and completing activation, including confirmation in the Lyft app. You must activate the Lyft Go benefit even if your accounts are already linked; linking alone does not activate the benefit.
Lyft Go members: Lyft Go members who subscribe to the “Lyft Go with DashPass” tier can get complimentary DashPass by linking accounts and completing activation through the Lyft Go membership hub or doordash.com/lyft.
Your complimentary membership remains available while your underlying membership is active, your accounts stay linked, and you meet these terms.
Earn 8% back in Lyft Credits: After you activate the benefit, you will earn 8% back in Lyft Credits on eligible Lyft rides, up to $40 per month. Lyft Credits expire 60 days after they are earned. Credits are calculated on the base fare after deducting any coupons, discounts and any Lyft Credits applied to the ride. Taxes, tolls, tips, fees and LyftUp donations do not earn credits. Rides taken before activation of this benefit do not qualify. Lyft Credits earned under this program are promotional credits, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise stated, reference to “Lyft Credits” in these terms mean Lyft Credits earned under this program.
Eligible rides: Lyft Credits may be earned on personal Lyft rides, including bike and scooter rides, except for shared ride modes, Lyft rides booked on your Business profile, and bike and scooter rides in Boston and Washington, D.C.
Redeeming Lyft Credits: Select Lyft Credits as your payment method at DoorDash checkout or apply them when requesting an eligible Lyft ride. Lyft Credits are not applied automatically. Your available credits will be applied to the eligible portion of your purchase total, and you must pay any remaining balance using another accepted payment method. When you choose to use Lyft Credits, those expiring soonest are used first. You can view your available balance and Lyft Credit history in the Lyft app. Lyft Credits earned under this program can be used on eligible DoorDash orders (as determined by DoorDash) while your accounts are linked and both memberships are active. Eligible DoorDash orders include all orders with the exception of orders that are not DashPass eligible orders, DoubleDash orders, orders that contain prescription deliveries, gift cards or group orders and any other orders as determined by DoorDash. Cancellations, refunds, and other issues with Lyft rides are handled by Lyft and subject to the are subject to the Lyft Terms of Service, and cancellations and refunds of DoorDash orders are handled by DoorDash and are subject to the DoorDash Terms of Service.
Expiration and loss of credits: Lyft Credits expire 60 days after they are earned. If you pause or cancel either your DashPass or eligible Lyft Go membership, any unused Lyft Credits earned under this program become unusable on both DoorDash and Lyft once the pause or cancellation takes effect, but continue to expire on the original expiration dates. Unpausing or reactivating your membership makes any unexpired Lyft Credits usable again. Expired Lyft Credits are not restored. Other Lyft Credits and Lyft Cash obtained outside this program are not affected. Lyft Cash cannot be used on DoorDash.
Membership & Account Linking
Membership billing: To receive the benefits of this program, you only need to subscribe to one membership with either Lyft or DoorDash, and you can receive the other membership at no additional cost after activation. For example: Subscribing to DashPass will entitle you to claim a Lyft Go membership for no additional charge, subscribing toa “Lyft Go with DashPass” tier membership will entitle you to claim DashPass at no additional charge. Activating your complimentary membership won’t cause you to be charged for a separate paid subscription. If the membership that provides your complimentary benefit ends for any reason, the complimentary benefit ends; it does not automatically convert to a separate paid membership.
Unlinking and relinking accounts: If you subscribe to DashPass and unlink your DoorDash and Lyft accounts, you will stop earning Lyft Credits and cannot use your Lyft Credits on DoorDash or Lyft until you relink your accounts. If you subscribe to the “Lyft Go with DashPass” tier and unlink your accounts, you will lose access to your complimentary DashPass benefit. You can continue using your Lyft Credits on Lyft, but cannot use them on DoorDash until you relink. Once you relink (and both memberships are active), any unexpired Lyft Credits can be used on both platforms. Unlinking does not pause or extend the 60-day expiration period. Lyft Credits retain their original expiration dates, and relinking does not restore expired Lyft Credits.You can unlink your accounts at doordash.com/lyft. Unlinking does not itself cancel a separately paid subscription (if applicable).
Canceling or pausing: Canceling or pausing the membership that provides your complimentary benefit ends or pauses (as applicable) the other membership’s complimentary benefit. While that qualifying membership is paused, you cannot earn or redeem program Lyft Credits. Pausing does not cancel existing credits, but their original 60-day expiration period continues to run. If you resubscribe to or resume your eligible Lyft Go or DashPass. membership, you must claim the complimentary membership benefit again; expired credits will not be restored. Canceling either membership may cause credits to become unusable or be forfeited once the cancellation takes effect.
Existing Lyft Pink and separately paid memberships: If Lyft migrates your Lyft Pink membership to Lyft Go, that migration does not itself cancel a separately paid DashPass membership. If you pay for DashPass and want to use the complimentary Lyft Go benefit, cancel your separately paid Lyft Go subscription through Lyft, then return to doordash.com/lyft to claim the complimentary benefit.
Information sharing: When you link your accounts, DoorDash and Lyft may share certain personal information about you, such as your account linking status, membership eligibility and status, and Lyft Credit earning and redemption activity, as well as other personal information to administer the partnership, provide and improve its benefits, personalize offers and marketing, and prevent fraud, in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Unlinking your accounts stops future sharing under this program but does not affect information already shared.
Fraud prevention: Both DoorDash and Lyft, each with respect to its own products, reserve the right to prohibit users from redeeming the benefits and cancel customers' DashPass subscription, Lyft Go membership or Lyft account if either DoorDash or Lyft believe in their sole discretion, that the user is or is attempting to act fraudulently or abusively. This includes (but is not limited to) (i) any users that attempt to link multiple DashPass subscriptions to the same Lyft account or vice versa, and (ii) any user that creates multiple DashPass or Lyft accounts for the purpose of redeeming offers beyond what is permitted by these terms and conditions. Lyft and DoorDash may also revoke or reverse Lyft Credits earned or redeemed through fraudulent or abusive activity or error.
Modification of Terms: Benefits are subject to change and may not be available everywhere. Additional eligibility requirements may apply. DoorDash and/or Lyft reserve the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or discontinue this offer and any associated benefits of DashPass and Lyft Go at any time, subject to applicable law, including the types of benefits offered and eligibility requirements. In the event that termination or modification of the terms precludes customers from redeeming any benefit (or reduces the value of the benefit able to be redeemed by customers), customers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit, or compensation, except as required by applicable law.
General DashPass Terms: DashPass order benefits apply only to eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the minimum subtotal requirement. Subtotal minimums will be identified on DoorDash for each DashPass-eligible merchant. Other fees (including service fees), taxes, and gratuity still apply. DASHPASS SUBSCRIBERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE (CURRENTLY $9.99 PER MONTH) PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES ON A RECURRING MONTHLY BASIS UNTIL THEY CANCEL. The DashPass subscription fee may be charged to any payment method in your DoorDash account. DoorDash reserves the right to modify or cancel any DashPass benefits at any time. They do not apply to a complimentary DashPass membership provided through Lyft Go.
General Lyft Terms: Program eligibility is limited to individuals with an active DashPass membership or an active paid or free trial “Lyft Go with DashPass” tier Lyft Go membership,with linked DoorDash and Lyft accounts. Lyft benefits are subject to change and may not be available everywhere. Additional eligibility requirements may apply. All Lyft benefits are subject to the Lyft Terms of Service, the Lyft Go terms, and any additional terms and limitations as described in the Lyft App.

Transition from the existing partnership: If you linked your DoorDash and Lyft accounts before November 5, 2026, your existing Lyft x DashPass discounts remain available in the U.S. until 11:59PM PT on November 11, 2026 or until you activate the Lyft Go benefit (whichever is earlier). The Lyft x DashPass discounts are subject to their existing terms and conditions (stated below) and your continued eligibility. Lyft ride discounts and other benefits for eligible DashPass customers who have linked their DoorDash and Lyft accounts before November 5, 2026 include:
Save 5% off on-demand Lyft rides and 10% off scheduled airport rides: Maximum of 4 discounted rides per month in total for 5% discounted on demand rides and 10% scheduled airport rides. 5% discount applies only to Lyft on-demand rides in Standard, Extra Comfort, XL, Black, or Black SUV modes booked via the Lyft platform, and 10% discount applies only to Lyft scheduled airport rides. Discount will be automatically applied on qualifying Lyft rides.
2 x priority pick-up upgrades each month: Free Priority Pickup upgrade(s) limited to 2 rides per user per month. Offer will be automatically applied on qualifying Lyft rides.
$10 off 2 Lyft rides: This offer is only available for customers who linked their DashPass and Lyft account on or after January 31, 2026, and have not booked a Lyft ride through their Lyft account in the 90 days before linking their DashPass and Lyft account. The offer must be redeemed within 14 days of linking DashPass and Lyft accounts. Must have an active DashPass account linked to a Lyft account in order to redeem. Maximum value of the discount is $10 per ride and $20 in total. Discount applies to subtotal only; does not apply to fees, taxes, and gratuity. Limit 1 per person. Fees, taxes, and gratuity still apply. Offer will be applied automatically on qualifying Lyft rides.
3 month free DashPass trial: This offer is only valid for users who have not been subscribed to DashPass on any plan (whether a free trial or paid membership) for at least a six-month period prior to linking their DashPass and Lyft account. Must have an active DashPass account linked to a Lyft account in order to redeem. Limit of 1 free trial period per customer. After the DashPass trial period ends, customers will automatically be charged the then-current monthly DashPass membership fee (currently $9.99) plus applicable tax until the user cancels. The DashPass membership fee will be charged to your preferred or any other saved payment method in your DoorDash account. DashPass benefits apply only to eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the minimum subtotal requirement, excluding fees and taxes. Subtotal minimums will be identified for each DashPass merchant on DoorDash. Other fees (including service fees), taxes, and gratuity still apply. The above benefits must be redeemed by no later than 11:59PM PT on November 11, 2026.
