Silicon Valley Bank accounts functional again on DoorDash
DoorDash does not anticipate a material direct impact on our operations resulting from the situation with Silicon Valley Bank (SVB). However, we know a small number of DoorDash users - Dashers, merchants, customers - who bank with SVB have unfortunately been affected.
As a result of recent developments around Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), as of Monday, March 13, Stripe has resumed payments to and from SVB bank accounts. Dashers and merchants who bank with SVB are able to receive payments again in the same way they are used to, and no longer need to change their bank account with DoorDash.

A: You should now be receiving your earnings as per usual.
Q: What if I want to change my bank account details?
A: Here’s how to update your bank account details:
Log into your Dasher account in your Dasher app and navigate to the earnings tab
Select the bank icon and tap on “Add a Bank Account”

Q: How do I switch to DasherDirect?
A: You can apply for a DasherDirect account in your Dasher app which can take up to 3 days to be processed. Once approved, you will get a DasherDirect account with instant access to your earnings. For more information on getting started with DasherDirect, click here.
