1. What is the Waymo x DashPass offer?

DashPass members in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Phoenix can enjoy $10 off one Waymo ride each month until 1/30/26.  The Waymo rides must be booked  between  2AM to 2PM, Monday to Friday local time during the promotional period. The code will be sent out via email on the first Monday of each month, and DashPass members must click the link in the email each month to add the code to their Waymo account. 

2. Who is eligible for this offer?

This offer is available to active DashPass subscribers located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Phoenix. You must have an active DashPass membership and a Waymo account to redeem.

3. I did not receive a promo code in my email. What should I do?

If you did not receive a promo code, please reach out to DashPass support for assistance. 

4. How long does the offer last and when does my promotion expire?

The promotion expires at 11:59pm local time on the last day of the calendar month it was received. Each month through the end of 2026, on the first Monday of each month, you’ll receive a new $10 Waymo promotion in your email inbox, valid until the end of that month.

5. How do I redeem my Waymo ride discount?

  1. Tap the unique link you’ll receive via email from DoorDash.

    1. If you already have the Waymo app, the link will open it and apply the credit automatically.

    2. If you don’t have the Waymo app, you’ll be directed to download it (iOS/Android). Once your account is set up, tap the link in the email again to apply the promotion

  2. Your $10 promo will then be available under Account → Offers and Promotions in the Waymo app. It will be auto-applied in the next eligible ride. 

6. Can my unused promo be rolled over to the next month?

No. Each month’s promo expires at 11:59PM local time on the last day of the month. Unused promos  do not roll over. If the full $10 promo value is not used on a ride, the remaining amount will be forfeited.

7. Can I stack promos?

No. Only one promotion can be applied per ride. If you have multiple offers, the highest-value one will apply.

8. What rides can I use the discount on?

Your $10 discount applies to any eligible Waymo ride booked from Monday-Friday, 2AM-2PM local time through the Waymo app in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Phoenix during the promotional period.

9. Can I share my promo with someone else?

No. Promotions are unique to you, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

10. Why didn’t my promotion apply to my ride?

The promotion only applies to eligible rides during the promo window (Monday–Friday, 2AM–2PM). If you rode outside those hours or had another higher-value promo in your account, this one may not have applied.
