How does DoorDash keep my account protected?

In order to help keep Consumer accounts protected, we are currently implementing additional controls to further enhance account security. 

  1. Whenever our system detects a log-in from a Consumer account using a new device, you will receive an email to notify you about the activity. 

  2. If you don't recognize the device and/or suspects suspicious activity, you can update their password on the DoorDash account page to help secure your account.
