Q: What is the Disney+ Perks x DashPass offer?
A: Disney+ and DoorDash have partnered together to offer all eligible Disney+ subscribers who are members of the Disney+ Perks program a 6-month free trial of DashPass.

Q: What DashPass benefits do I get as a Disney+ Perks subscriber?
A: Qualifying Disney+ subscribers are eligible for DashPass benefits on both DoorDash and Caviar when they activate a 6-month trial through the unique code provided by Disney+. DashPass benefits include $0 delivery fees, discounted service fees and tons of benefits in your area. After the free trial, customers will automatically be enrolled in the monthly paid version of DashPass until they cancel.

Q: Who is eligible for this offer?
A: Members who have received the redemption code directly from Disney+ and are new DashPass members (i.e. consumers who have not had a trial or paid subscription in the last 3 months) are eligible for this offer. Offer only available for residents of the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Q: Why don’t I see the Disney+ Perks offer in the DoorDash or Caviar mobile apps?
A: This is a special offer for Disney+ subscribers, and is only available via Disney+ Perks. To redeem, log into your Disney+ account on the Disney+ Perks website and follow the redemption instructions to sign up for DashPass. Visit disneyplus.com/perks to learn more.

Q: What if I am already subscribed to DashPass?
A: The Disney+ Perks DashPass offer is only available for new DashPass members (i.e. consumers who have not had a DashPass subscription in the last 3 months). Customers who have an existing DashPass subscription (whether paid or free) are ineligible to sign up for the Disney+ Perks DashPass extended trial offer.

Q: Will my DashPass benefits apply to both Caviar and DoorDash?
A: Yes! Please use the same login information for both Caviar and DoorDash. Your DashPass benefits will automatically be available on both platforms.

Q: What makes an order eligible for DashPass benefits?
A: An order is eligible for DashPass benefits if it’s placed with a participating store and it meets the subtotal minimum for that store:

  1. Check the DoorDash/Caviar app or Doordash.com / Trycaviar.com for stores near you that have the green DashPass symbol.

  2. Enjoy $0 delivery fees and reduced services fees on eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the subtotal minimum for that store, as detailed in the app.

  3. A $0 delivery fee and reduced service fee should apply to your order if the above criteria are met.

Q: Will I keep my DashPass membership even if I’m no longer a Disney+ subscriber?
A: Even if your Disney+ subscription changes, if you redeemed the offer on DoorDash, you will retain your 6-month free trial DashPass membership.. You then will automatically be enrolled in the monthly paid version of DashPass until you cancel.

Q: What happens at the end of my 6-month DashPass trial?
A: At the end of your 6-month DashPass trial membership, you will automatically be enrolled in the monthly paid version of DashPass and will be charged $9.99 (plus tax) on a recurring basis using a payment method on file in your account until you cancel. Q: How is the expiration date of my free DashPass benefit determined?
A: The free 6-month DashPass membership period for the Disney+ subscriber will begin and end based on when the membership is activated. You will then be automatically enrolled into the monthly paid version of DashPass until you cancel.

Q: Can I get multiple DashPass 6-month trials if I have multiple Disney+ subscriptions?
A: Only one trial is available for each Disney+ subscription.

Q: What happens if I cancel my DashPass during my 6-month free trial? Can I start over again?
A: No, you can only redeem this 6-month free DashPass trial offer one time. If you cancel your DashPass subscription during the 6-month free trial, your DashPass trial and benefits will immediately end.
