DashPass Express Add On Terms and Conditions
Express Add On: For a limited time, select DashPass members in the United States will be eligible to receive an upgrade to Express Delivery on select eligible DashPass orders (Express Add On). The Express Add On, will enable select DashPass members to receive an upgrade to Express Delivery (when available).
Express Add On is not available to all DashPass members, but only to select DashPass members as determined by DoorDash in its sole discretion. You’ll see a notification in your DoorDash app if you are eligible for Express Add On. If you pause or cancel your DashPass subscription at any time, you will lose access to Express Add On. DoorDash reserves the right to revoke eligibility for Express Add On at any time without notice.
Express Add On Subscription and Automatic Renewal: Express Add On is a paid subscription that costs $20 per month, plus applicable taxes, in addition to the cost of your DashPass membership. By enrolling, you authorize DoorDash to automatically charge the $20 monthly subscription fee, plus applicable taxes, to your default payment method or another eligible payment method saved to your DoorDash account each month until your Express Add On subscription is canceled or terminated. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel before your next renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your DoorDash account settings. Unless otherwise disclosed at cancellation, your Express Add On benefits will remain available through the end of your then-current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for any subsequent billing period.
If you cancel or otherwise terminate your DashPass subscription, your Express Add On subscription will automatically be canceled at the same time, and you will not be charged any further Express Add On subscription fees.
Limited-Time: Express Add On is being offered as a limited-duration test. DoorDash may end the test and terminate your Express Add On subscription, including before your next scheduled renewal. DoorDash will notify you before your subscription is terminated. Once the termination becomes effective, your Express Add On subscription will no longer renew, and you will not be charged any further Express Add On subscription fees. If DoorDash terminates your subscription before the end of a period for which you have already paid, DoorDash will provide a prorated refund or credit for the unused portion of that billing period.
Eligible orders: Express Add On is available only on DashPass eligible delivery orders from merchants participating in the DashPass program in the United States. Orders must meet the minimum subtotal requirement required to qualify for the DashPass benefit which will be labeled on the Merchant’s store page in the DoorDash platform.DoubleDash, Pickup, group, Merchant-fulfilled, Drive, and scheduled orders are not eligible. DoorDash may amend the eligibility requirements for Express Add On orders at any time without notice.
Express Delivery Upgrade: On eligible orders and where Express Delivery is available, eligible DashPass members will receive a free upgrade to Express delivery . Express delivery means that your orders will not be batched with any other DoorDash orders. Other fees (including delivery and service fees) may apply. The Express delivery upgrade will only be applied on select orders and at select participating stores and is not available for redemption on all orders.
Modification of terms: DoorDash reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, cancel or discontinue the Express Add On offer at any time. In the event that termination or modification of the Express Add On offer, customers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit, or compensation.
Fraud and misconduct: DoorDash may suspend or revoke a customer’s eligibility for the Express Add On if DoorDash determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer has acted fraudulently, abused or misused the benefit, or otherwise violated these terms or the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions.
General: Express Add On is subject to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions. The offer is only available for select DashPass members in the US only as determined by DoorDash, Express Add On is not available to all DashPass members. Eligibility for the Express Add On and the availability of an Express Delivery upgrade on any particular order will be determined by DoorDash in its sole discretion and are not guaranteed for every order. DashPass benefits apply only on eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the minimum subtotal requirement, excluding fees and taxes. Subtotal minimums will be identified for each DashPass merchant on DoorDash.Express Add On benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. The Express Add On offer is available only to select DashPass users as indicated in their account.
