Credit Back Terms and Conditions
Annual Plan Credits Reward. From time to time, DoorDash may choose to provide certain annual plan DashPass members a credit back reward, where select users will, during their first DashPass annual plan billing cycle, earn a percentage of their order subtotal back as DoorDash credits (Annual Plan Credits Reward). The Annual Plan Credits Reward will not be available to all DoorDash customers, but only available to select DashPass customers as determined by DoorDash from time to time at its own discretion. Subject to eligibility requirements, no additional registration, enrollment, or information is required for participation in the Annual Plan Credits Reward.
Earning credits. Annual Plan Credits Rewards are only available to be earnt during the 12 month period from when a customer signs up to the DoorDash Annual Plan. Annual Plan Credits Rewards will only be earnt on select orders during a as determined by DoorDash from time to time. The value of the DoorDash credits will be calculated as a percentage of a customer’s order subtotal, with the value of that percentage determined by DoorDash from time to time. The subtotal value will not include any promotional discounts, and will exclude the value of any DoorDash credits used to purchase the order. Credits will not be earned on fees, taxes or gratuity. Credits will not be earnt or on any items containing alcohol or other restricted items as determined by DoorDash.
Maximum credits. Customers participating in the Annual Plan Credits Reward will not be able to earn more than $100 worth of DoorDash credits within each annual plan billing cycle. DoorDash may change the maximum value of credits a customer may earn in any billing cycle at any time.
Using credits. Credits will only be deposited to a customer’s account and be available for use following within 5 days of customer’s DashPass annual plan membership renewing. If a customer fails to renew their DashPass annual plan membership, any credits earnt will be forfeited. Customers will not be entitled to a refund for the DashPass annual subscription fee should credits be deposited into their account. DoorDash credits can only be redeemed for DoorDash orders on www.doordash.com or in the DoorDash app with the latest version, and within DoorDash service areas and service hours. Credits can only be applied to orders in the jurisdiction of the currency in which the credits are issued Credits cannot be applied to the purchase of alcohol where prohibited. Credits cannot be applied to the purchase of any gift cards unless otherwise permitted. DoorDash reserves the right to refuse or restrict the use of credits on any order.
Canceled Orders. Orders that are canceled whether by consumer, Merchant or DoorDash will not be eligible to earn DoorDash credits.
Expiration of Credits. Credits earnt under the as an Annual Plan Credits Reward may expire after a certain period of time as determined by DoorDash in its sole discretion. Should credits expire, the credits will be forfeited and consumers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit or compensation for the expired DoorDash credits.
Fraud and misconduct. DoorDash reserves the right to prohibit consumers from earning, accruing or redeeming credits and canceling a customer's DashPass subscription without notice if DoorDash believes in its sole discretion that the user is or is attempting to act fraudulently or in bad faith when seeking to earn, accrue or redeem credits. DoorDash may also revoke a consumers credits at any time without prior notice.
Modification; Termination. DoorDash reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or discontinue the Annual Plan Credits Rewards program at any time without any notice to consumers. In the event of termination or modification of the Annual Plan Credits Rewards program, consumers will not be entitled to any substitute,credit or compensation for unredeemed credits.
Miscellaneous. Consumers participation and use of the Annual Plan Credits Rewards program is subject to the Doordash Consumer Terms and Conditions. Annual Plan Credits Reward are only available for select US residents only. DoorDash credits may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified, sold, or redeemed for cash or a cash equivalent.
