No more time-consuming expense reports! Our Benefits Portal allows employees to link their DoorDash accounts with SAP Concur’s expense management tool to make expense reporting a breeze. 

Enabling SAP Concur Integration

Integration with SAP Concur’s Expense Management tool is an exclusive feature for DoorDash for Business customers. All customers with active Admin Portals (Expensed Meals and/or DashPass) will have Concur automatically integrated and enabled in the Admin Portal. 

If you are a current DoorDash for Business customer without an Admin Portal, please contact your DoorDash representative or email [email protected] to enable this feature.

How to Sync Your Account

All Admin Portal members can link their DoorDash for Business account to SAP Concur from the Benefits page. 

1. To access the Benefits page, go to DoorDash.com/Benefits

2. On the Benefits page, scroll down and click ‘Manage expense provider’, then select SAP Concur.

Please note if an employee cannot access this page, the employee has not yet activated their DoorDash for Business Benefits. Click here to learn how to activate benefits.

3. Login to SAP Concur (please login via email, not username.)

How to Submit Your Expenses

When an order is placed, the employee can choose to send the receipt to Concur with one click as shown below:

Receipts will appear in the "Available Expenses" section of their SAP Concur dashboard. Users can then attach receipts to their expense report:

FAQ

Q: My $0 receipt isn't sending.

A: You cannot submit $0 receipts to Concur, as there is nothing to expense. This is likely an order covered by Expensed Meals budgets, as the cost is already covered by the company.

Q: How will I know my receipts have been sent to SAP Concur?

A: Once a receipt is submitted, the page will not update automatically. Refresh to confirm that it is sent.

Q: What if I don't have a Concur account?

A: You will need to create an account through Concur, or through your employer. As Concur is a third-party integration, we cannot create a Concur account on your behalf.

Q: How do I take action on my receipt within Concur?

A: As Concur is a third-party integration, we do not have any insight into customers' Concur accounts. You can only send receipts through DoorDash, and once the receipt is in Concur you will need to contact Concur for further help.

Q: Concur is down. What should I do?

A: Please contact Concur. Concur is a third-party integration, so if there are any issues with their system or website, you will need to work with them directly.

Q: I'm having an issue with my Concur account configuration / My account is locked / I can't login to Concur.

A: We do not have any insight into Concur account issues, as they are a third-party platform. If there is a problem with your Concur account, please contact Concur directly for assistance.
