Available directly in the Admin Portal, the new Insights tab gives you a window into your company’s meal spending! Whether managing a single office or multiple teams across regions, you can easily compare spending patterns, spot trends, forecast costs, and ensure compliance with your meal policy.

Our new Order Activity tab gives you a powerful way to track and manage employee meal program usage. Easily view user-level activity to ensure program compliance, understand overall engagement, and identify top users or potential misuse. You can also search by employee and quickly review receipts for expense management.

Budgets & Savings At a Glance

Gain real-time insights into spending, program usage, and order activity through an intuitive dashboard. Identify key trends across teams and locations. Easily track budget performance and monitor total program savings —no need for custom reports.

Detailed Order Activity

Monitor individual orders, delivery timing, and receipt-level details by team, budget or time period. Ensure meal compliance by easily identifying out-of-policy activity such as weekend orders or unauthorized addresses. 

Flexible, On-Demand Reporting

Download filtered data by team, budget, date range, or user activity— eliminating the need for manual tracking or dependency on support teams. Self-serve tools allow admins to take full control of how they manage and share program performance internally.

Spend Page

Understanding and tracking your team’s spend is instrumental in order to forecast and report on costs. With the Spend page, you can view your team’s total spend from Expensed Meals budgets, Vouchers and even their Business Profile orders.

You can filter by your preferred date range, by subteam and by individual budget, and can export data displayed.

Program Usage

With the Program Usage page, you can view your team’s key program-level metrics - such as DashPass savings, total orders, average cost and more.

You can filter by your preferred date range, by subteam and by individual budget, include or exclude Business Profiles orders and can export data displayed.

How to Use

Filters:

Each page within the new Insights and Order Activity tabs will have four dropdowns at the top of the page.

Filters will be defaulted initially to ‘This month’ - ‘All teams’ - ‘All budgets’ - ‘Exclude Business Profiles’.

Filters available are:

  • Preferred date range (“Time Frame”)

    • Week

    • Month

    • Quarter

    • Year

    • Custom date range

  • Subteam (“Teams”)

  • Budget

  • Business Profiles (Include / Exclude)

Options can be selected or de-selected as needed. Click ‘Apply’ when you’re done with each selection, and the page should refresh automatically.

Please note that filters will only show Budget/Voucher options as they were available for use – budgets/vouchers will not be available to select if they were already Expired during that date range. Adjust the date filters as necessary.

Export:

To export the data from each page, users should click the ‘Export’ button located at the top right. 

  • If there is no data available, nothing will download.

  • If data is available, a CSV file of the data displayed will automatically be downloaded.

FAQ

Q: Which orders are included in the Insights dashboard?

A: Spend insights are available for meals with budgets and vouchers, allowing you to view all company meal spend billed to the account. You can now also view Business Profile spend and orders across the Insights and Order Activity pages.

Q: What is Business Profile spend?

A: Business Profile spend includes any spend charged to a Business Profile, excluding budget spend, while the employee is part of the team.

Q: Does this include personal (non–Business Profile) orders?

A: No, we will never display any order details related to personal orders from your employees to ensure privacy. Only company-paid orders placed using budgets or Business Profiles are included in Insights.

Q: How are orders handled if they use both a budget and a Business Profile?

A: The budget-covered amount counts as Budget spend, and the out-of-pocket amount counts as Business Profile spend. The order is counted once, and the full amount is included in total company spend..

Q: Will admins be able to view data for all teams or only the teams they are on?

A: Admins are able to view data only for the teams they administer, ensuring secure access controls.

Q: Are Group Orders included in Business Profile spend?

A: Yes. Group Order organizers and participants are included in Business Profile spend and order counts.

Q: Will the Insights Dashboard include data related to credits and refunds?

A: Credits and refunds are not included within the Insights tab data at this time.
