How to Use the Video Library in the Merchant Portal
What is the Video Library?
The Video Library is a centralized hub in the Merchant Portal that allows you to manage your videos and understand the business impact they drive.
You can upload and organize videos, tag featured menu items so customers can order directly from what they see, and view performance metrics like views, video-driven sales and video-driven new customer sales.
How do I navigate to the Video Library?
Go to the left-side navigation on your Store Page on the Merchant Portal → Video Library

How do I filter my videos in the Video Library?

You can filter your video library view on videos with/without item tags, status, source and visibility.
How do I tag items on my videos?
Select a video
Tag it to one or more menu items (search for a menu item in the search bar)
How do I measure performance from video content for my store(s)?
You can view video performance metrics for Last 30 Days or All Time (filter on the top right corner).
Views: Counts customer views of at least three seconds across eligible surfaces on DoorDash
Video-Driven Sales: Total gross sales from orders placed 24 hours after a customer watched a video for at least three seconds
Video-Driven New Customer Sales: Portion of video-driven sales from new customers
How do I use a video as my store's header?
To use a video for your header, follow these steps:
Log into the Merchant Portal
On the right-hand side of your screen, select Settings
Select Store settings
Under Brand Assets you’ll see an item that says Header Video
Click the Edit button
Select the video you want to use for your header
Click Save
Once selected, it will take 1-3 business days for your video to be reviewed and reflected in your store page.
What are common reasons a video is rejected?

What happens when a video is rejected?
When one of your videos is rejected, you will see a message in the Brand Settings page of your business-level Merchant Portal. This message will indicate which videos were rejected and the reasons for rejection.
You can choose to replace the rejected video with another video that will be subject to the same review within 1-3 days.
If you believe the video should be approved, please contact Merchant Support.
