Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 9, 2025

Unless stated otherwise, defined terms within these terms and conditions have the same meaning as terms defined within the DoorDash Terms and Conditions.

Free DashPass: The offer is limited to Brex users who maintain an active Brex account in good standing (Eligible Brex Users). DoorDash and Brex are pleased to offer Eligible Brex Users (in the U.S. only) a free DashPass membership when an Eligible Brex User activates their free DashPass benefit via the Brex portal and subscribes to DashPass.

DashPass provides Eligible Brex Users $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees, and exclusive member discounts on eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the minimum subtotal requirement. Subtotal minimums will be identified on DoorDash for each DashPass merchant. Other fees (including service fee), taxes, and gratuity may apply. Cancel DashPass anytime. You will be unsubscribed from DashPass and the offer will end if you are no longer an Eligible Brex User, including if your employer’s Brex account is closed or falls out of good standing, if you unsubscribe from DashPass, or if you delete your DoorDash or Brex account.

In the event you are unsubscribed from DashPass, DoorDash may notify you of an alternative DashPass plan you may be eligible to subscribe to prior to the offer ending.

The offer is limited to one per customer and account. Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold, auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified or redeemed for cash or a cash equivalent. DoorDash and Brex reserve the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without notice.

Brex Credit Reward. Eligible Brex Users who activate their free DashPass benefit and pay for eligible travel and entertainment orders on DoorDash using a Brex credit card stored in their DoorDash account will earn 5% of the order subtotal (excluding taxes, tips, and fees) back as DoorDash credits (Brex Credit Reward).

The Brex Credit Reward will only be available to Eligible Brex Users who have activated their DashPass benefit via the Brex platform. Subject to eligibility requirements, no additional registration, enrollment, or information is required for participation in the Brex Credit Reward program. The Brex Credit Reward program is available for select US users only.

Earning credits. The Brex Credit Reward will only be earned on eligible orders that are placed when using an eligible Brex card on your DoorDash Business Profile. No credits will be awarded if an order is placed using a personal profile or an order is placed using a card other than the Brex card linked to the Eligible User's account. The Brex Credit Reward will not be earned on any pickup orders or on any orders that are not eligible for DashPass benefits (including orders placed from Merchants who do not participate in the DashPass program). Credits will not be earned on any restricted items as determined by DoorDash including but not limited to alcohol and nicotine products. Whether an order qualifies for the Brex Credit Reward will be at DoorDash’s sole discretion and DoorDash reserves the right to exclude certain orders from earning the Brex Credit Reward.

The value of the DoorDash credits earned by eligible Brex users will be calculated as 5% of the user’s order subtotal (rounded to the nearest cent). The subtotal value will not include any fees, taxes or gratuity and will also be net of any promotional discounts, or the value of any DoorDash credits used to purchase the order.

DoorDash may change the value of credits earned on each transaction from time to time at its sole discretion.

Maximum credits. Customers participating in the Brex Credit Reward will only be entitled to earn a maximum of $50 worth of Brex Credit Reward for each transaction and maximum of $1,000 worth of Brex Credit Rewards in a calendar year. DoorDash may change the maximum value of credits a customer may earn from time to time at its sole discretion.

Redeeming credits. Credits will be deposited to an Eligible Brex Users’s account within 5 business days of transaction that qualifies for the Brex Credit Reward. DoorDash credits can only be redeemed for DoorDash orders on www.doordash.com or in the DoorDash app with a recent version, and within DoorDash service areas and service hours. Credits can only be applied to orders in the jurisdiction of the currency in which the credits are issued. Credits cannot be applied to the purchase of alcohol, nicotine or other restricted items where prohibited. Credits cannot be applied to the purchase of any gift cards or cash equivalents unless otherwise permitted. DoorDash reserves the right to refuse or restrict the use of credits on any order.

Canceled Orders. Orders that are canceled whether by the customer, merchant or DoorDash will not be eligible to earn DoorDash credits.

Expiration of Credits. Credits earned under the Brex Credit Reward program will expire 180 days after those credits are deposited into a user's account. Should credits expire, the credits will be forfeited and users will not be entitled to any substitute, credit or compensation for the expired DoorDash credits.

Fraud and misconduct. DoorDash reserves the right to prohibit consumers from earning, accruing or redeeming credits and canceling a user's ability to use the DoorDash platform without notice if DoorDash believes in its sole discretion that the user is (or is attempting to) act fraudulently or in bad faith when seeking to earn, accrue or redeem credits. DoorDash may also revoke a user’s credits at any time without prior notice.

Modification; Termination. DoorDash reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or discontinue the Brex Credit Reward program at any time without any notice to users. In the event of termination or modification of the Brex Credit Reward program, users will not be entitled to any substitute,credit or compensation for unredeemed credits.

Miscellaneous. User participation and use of the Brex Credit Reward program is subject to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Offer and Credits Terms and Conditions. The offer is only available for select US residents only. DoorDash credits have no cash value and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified, sold, or redeemed for cash or a cash equivalent.
