A Red Card is not required to Dash in New Zealand. Red Cards can be ordered free here (coming soon!) and linked to your Dasher app at any time.

How to report your Red Card as Lost:

You can report your Red Card as lost or stolen in your Dasher app. Keep in mind for orders requiring a Red Card, you will have to either unassign which will negatively impact your acceptance and/or completion ratings or pay out of pocket and submit a receipt to be reimbursed.

iOS:

  1. Login to your Dasher app and click “Account” in the bottom bar

  2. At the top of the screen, tap “Lost your Red Card?" to remove it from your Dasher Account”

  3. Tap “Yes, it’s lost

Android:

  1. Login to your Dasher app and click Menu in the upper left hand corner

  2. Under Account, tap Red Card

  3. Tap "Mark as Lost"

How to replace your Red Card:

Via Mail:

  1. Visit the DoorDash Store (NZ store not yet live!) and select “Dasher Gear

  2. Scroll down and select the Red Card that suits your region

  3. Select your preferred shipping method and quantity and click “Add to Cart
