WHAT IS A RETURNS ORDER?
A customer has items they need returned. You pick them up and take them in-store to return at a nearby retailer – simple as that.
Returns appear in your app just like a regular offer, with a “return” label so you always know what you’re accepting.
Note: Returns orders are only available in select markets as part of a pilot.
