How can I unassign myself from an order?
You can unassign an order by doing the following:
For Dashers with android phones:
Click the Help button in the top right-hand corner of the dasher app
Under Picking Up, tap Unassign this Delivery
Select a reason for why you are unassigning the delivery
For Dashers with iPhones:
Click the Help button in the top right-hand corner of the Dasher app
Select Can't do this order?
Select a reason for why you are unassigning the delivery
Click Submit Request / Submit
Click Continue to confirm the unassignment
If you have already arrived at Mx, the experience can be slightly different:
Tap "?" in the top right-hand corner of the app
Select I have an issue
Select the most accurate option from the list
Tap Unassign with no pay
There is no need to contact support for unassignment. It can all be done in-app. Please note that unassigning will affect your Completion rating. For more information, please see article Dasher Ratings Explained.If you have already picked-up the food from the restaurant, you will not be able to unassign the order from the app.
