Electronic Communication Disclosure – DashPass Rewards Card

This Electronic Communications Disclosure (“Disclosure”) covers your DashPass Rewards Visa Prepaid Card (“Dashpass Rewards Card”) account access, either currently or in the future, whether accessed through a personal computer, our websites, or other electronic means.

Types of Electronic Communications You Will Receive

You understand and agree that we may provide to you in electronic format only agreements, disclosures, notices, and other information and communications regarding your Dashpass Rewards Card or any accompanying product to which this Disclosure applies (collectively, “Communications”). Such Communications may include, but are not limited to:

• This Disclosure and any updates and/or notices about a change in the terms of the DashPass Rewards Card, or any other terms of this Disclosure;

• All legal and regulatory disclosures, notices, and communications associated with your Dashpass Rewards Card including electronic statements or other periodic statements;

• All tax statements and related communications;

• Privacy policies and notices;

• Responses to any claims filed in connection with your Dashpass Rewards Card;

• Change-in-terms related to your Dashpass Rewards Card;

• Error resolution notices;

• Payment authorizations and transaction receipts or confirmations; and

• All other communications between us and you concerning your Dashpass Rewards Card and any related transactions, products or services.

All communications in either electronic or paper format from us to you will be considered “in writing.”

Method of Providing Communications in Electronic Form

Communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (1) via email; (2) by access to a web site that is designated in an email notice sent to you at the time the information is available; or (3) within the DoorDash mobile application (“Mobile App”). You will not receive a notification when your periodic statement for your Dashpass Rewards Card is available to be viewed. You are responsible for retrieving the periodic statement(s) from the website.

Electronic Signatures & Federal Law

You acknowledge and agree that by clicking “Agree” or similar buttons on this application you are giving your consent to electronic Communications in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the “Act”), and that you and we both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means. You further agree that your computer or mobile device satisfies the hardware and software requirements specified below and that you have provided us with a current email address at which we may send electronic Communications to you.

Hardware and Software Requirements

In order to access, view, and retain electronic Communications that we make available to you, you must have:

• Either a personal computer capable of running one of these compatible browsers OR a mobile device running on the below versions:

  • Internet Explorer version 9.0 or higher.

  • Firefox version 35 or higher.

  • Safari version 6.1 or higher.

  • Chrome version 38 or higher.

  • an Apple iPhone or iPad running iOS version 17.0 or higher.

• AND access to an active email account with an email service provider.

We may update these requirements as necessary to preserve the ability to receive electronic Communications. If there is a substantial change in these requirements, you will be notified of the changes accordingly.

How to Withdraw Your Consent to this Disclosure

Subject to applicable law, you may withdraw your consent to this Disclosure by contacting us at (877) 805-2133. Your withdrawal of consent is effective only after you have communicated your withdrawal to us by calling the appropriate customer service phone numbers and we have had a reasonable period of time to act upon your withdrawal. Your consent shall remain in force until withdrawn in the manner provided in this section. If you withdraw your consent, the legal validity and enforceability of prior Communications delivered in electronic form will not be affected. If you withdraw your consent, we will no longer be able to provide you with the DashPass Rewards Card, your card will be cancelled, and you will no longer have access to your card or to the related benefits, services, and accounts associated with the card

Obtaining Copies of Electronic Communications.

You may print or make a copy of Communications by using the “Print” button (or otherwise using your printing functionality) or saving a copy. You may request a paper copy of these Communications by contacting us at (877) 805-2133. Be sure to specify your Dashpass Rewards Card number, as applicable, the specific Communication for which you are requesting a paper copy, and the address to which it should be mailed. Except where prohibited by applicable law, we may charge fees for paper copies of account records or paper statements, see the fee schedule for more information.

Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to provide us with a true, accurate and complete email address, contact, and other information related to this Disclosure and your account(s), and to maintain and update promptly any changes in this information. In the event that your e-mail address or other contact information is changed, you must notify us of such changes immediately by accessing your account through the website, contacting us at (877) 805-2133.

If you fail to update or change an incorrect or invalid e-mail address or other contact information, you understand and agree that any Communications shall nevertheless be deemed to have been provided to you if they were made available to you in electronic form on our websites, e-mailed to the e-mail address we have for you in our records, or delivered through other electronic means.
