Robinhood DashPass Benefit Terms and Conditions
DoorDash and Robinhood are pleased to offer a complimentary DashPass benefit and certain related promotions to eligible Robinhood customers (the "Offer"). The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (the "Offer Terms") and the DoorDash terms and conditions.
These Offer Terms describe three separate eligibility categories:
Robinhood Platinum Card cardholders;
Robinhood Gold Card cardholders; and
Robinhood Gold Members.
Eligibility requirements, benefit duration, and promotional benefits differ by category as described below.
To receive the Offer or any related promotion, an eligible Robinhood customer must activate DashPass through the designated Robinhood offer landing page on the DoorDash platform, while logged in to the DoorDash account that will receive the benefit. Each eligible Robinhood customer may redeem the Offer only once and may have only one complimentary DashPass subscription under this Offer.
Robinhood Platinum Card Cardholders
Robinhood customers with a Robinhood Platinum Card account (issued by Coastal Community Bank) in good standing are eligible to activate a complimentary DashPass subscription. If a Robinhood customer’s Robinhood Platinum Card account is cancelled or otherwise terminated or is no longer in good standing, the customer will no longer be eligible for the complimentary DashPass subscription and may be automatically unsubscribed from DashPass.
To remain eligible for the complimentary DashPass subscription associated with the Robinhood Platinum Card and the Platinum Promotion described below, the customer must maintain the Robinhood Platinum Card as a saved payment method in the customer's DoorDash wallet.
Eligible Robinhood customers who have activated the complimentary DashPass benefit through their Robinhood Platinum Card will receive one (1) $10 promotion per calendar month; each promotion may be applied as a discount to one qualifying DoorDash delivery order (the “Platinum Promotion”). The Platinum Promotion applies to the order subtotal only and does not apply to fees, taxes, or gratuity. If the full value of a Platinum Promotion is not used on a single order, any remaining value will be forfeited. The Platinum Promotion must be used during the calendar month in which it is issued or it will expire. Eligible merchants, items, and order types may be limited. The Platinum Promotion may not be combined with other DoorDash promotional discounts, coupons, or offer codes unless DoorDash expressly states otherwise. For orders containing alcohol, any discount is subject to restrictions imposed by applicable law or other restrictions imposed by DoorDash.
The Platinum Promotion will cease if the Robinhood customer’s DashPass subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated after activation.
The Platinum Promotion is promotional only, has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash or any cash equivalent, is non-transferable, and may be used only on the DoorDash platform in supported service areas and during applicable service hours.
Robinhood Platinum Card cardholders may be eligible to earn 5% cash back on up to $50,000 in qualifying DoorDash purchases per year. All cash back is provided and administered by Robinhood Credit, Inc., not DoorDash; DoorDash is not responsible for this benefit. See the Robinhood Platinum Card Rewards Program Overview for details.
Robinhood Gold Card Cardholders
Robinhood customers holding a Robinhood Gold Card account (issued by Coastal Community Bank) in good standing who have not been subscribed to DashPass (including any paid, trial, promotional, or complimentary DashPass subscription) for at least six (6) months immediately preceding activation, are eligible to activate a complimentary DashPass subscription for a 6-month period. If a Robinhood customer’s Robinhood Gold Card account is cancelled or otherwise terminated or is no longer in good standing, the customer will no longer be eligible for the complimentary DashPass subscription and may be automatically unsubscribed from DashPass.
Unless a customer cancels their DashPass subscription before the end of the complimentary 6-month period, at the end of the complimentary six (6)-month DashPass subscription period, customers will be enrolled into a monthly DashPass subscription and will automatically be charged the then-current DashPass subscription fee (currently $9.99/month plus applicable taxes) on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Robinhood Gold Members
Robinhood Gold, LLC (“Robinhood”) customers who are subscribed to Robinhood Gold (“Gold” or “Robinhood Gold”) (subscribers being “Robinhood Gold Subscribers”) and who have not been subscribed to DashPass (including any paid, trial, promotional, or complimentary DashPass subscription) for at least six (6) months immediately preceding activation, will be eligible to activate a complimentary DashPass subscription for a 6 month period. To redeem the offer, eligible Robinhood Gold Subscribers must activate their complimentary DashPass plan by June 30, 2026. Robinhood Gold Subscribers are only eligible for the Offer if it is provided to them directly by Robinhood. Should a Robinhood customer cancel or otherwise terminate their Robinhood Gold subscription they will no longer be eligible to activate the complimentary DashPass subscription.
Unless a customer cancels their DashPass subscription before the end of the complimentary six (6) month period, at the end of the complimentary 6 month DashPass subscription period, customers will be enrolled into a monthly DashPass subscription and will automatically be charged the then-current DashPass subscription fee (currently $9.99/month plus applicable taxes) on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Eligible Robinhood Gold Subscribers who have activated the complimentary DashPass benefit through their Robinhood Gold subscription will receive one (1) $5 promotion per month, for the duration of the six (6) month complimentary DashPass benefit period, applicable to be applied as a discount to one qualifying delivery order with a minimum subtotal of $50, excluding fees, taxes, and gratuity (the “Gold Promotions”). Gold Promotions may only be applied to subtotal and do not apply to fees, taxes, and gratuity; if the full $5 value of a Gold Promotion is not used on a single order, any remaining value will be forfeited. Limit of One Gold Promotion to be applied per eligible order. Each Gold Promotion must be used in the calendar month in which it is issued. Some merchants may be excluded from the Gold Promotions. For orders containing alcohol, any discount is subject to restrictions imposed by applicable law or other restrictions imposed by DoorDash.
Gold Promotions will cease if the customer cancels or otherwise terminates their DashPass subscription after initial activation. Gold Promotions may not be combined with other DoorDash promotions, coupons, or credits, unless otherwise specified. For orders containing alcohol, any discount is subject to restrictions based on applicable laws. Gold Promotions are promotional and have no cash value, may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any equivalent, are non-transferable, and are only usable within the DoorDash platform for future DoorDash orders on www.doordash.com or in the DoorDash app and within DoorDash service areas and service hours.
Redeeming the offer: To redeem the Offer, an eligible Robinhood customer must: (i) log in to, or create, a DoorDash account through the DoorDash app or website; and (ii) follow the prompts to enroll in DashPass through the Offer landing page on the DoorDash platform. If a Robinhood customer is enrolled or later enrolls in any other DashPass membership that is not affiliated with their Robinhood Gold subscription or eligible Robinhood credit card (including any paid, trial, promotional, or complimentary DashPass subscription), they will not receive the Offer or any associated promotions.
One complimentary DashPass subscription: Each eligible Robinhood Platinum Card cardholder, Gold Card cardholder, or Gold Member is entitled to only one complimentary DashPass subscription. No person may redeem the Offer more than once.
DashPass Benefits: Benefits of DashPass from DoorDash include $0 delivery fees and reduced service fees on orders from DashPass eligible restaurants that meet the minimum order requirement (“DashPass Benefits”). Changes to terms: DoorDash and Robinhood may modify, suspend, cancel, or withdraw the Offer or these Offer Terms at any time, subject to applicable law. DoorDash or Robinhood may also cancel a complimentary DashPass subscription, or remove related promotional benefits, if a customer is or becomes ineligible for the Offer, violates these Offer Terms or other applicable terms, or engages in fraud, misuse, or other abuse in connection with the Offer. DoorDash and Robinhood reserve the right to prohibit any customer from redeeming the Offer, and to cancel a customer's DashPass subscription or related promotional benefits, if DoorDash or Robinhood reasonably believes that the customer has acted fraudulently or is attempting to act fraudulently in connection with the Offer.
Collection and use of personal information: DoorDash and Robinhood may collect, use, disclose, and exchange personal information to administer this Offer and any complimentary DashPass subscription (including to verify eligibility, enroll/activate the benefit, provide the benefit and related customer support, prevent fraud and misuse, conduct analytics and reporting, and comply with applicable law). DoorDash and Robinhood may share such personal information with each other and with their respective affiliates and service providers for the purposes of communicating with you about this Offer, DashPass, and other products, services, promotions, and offers, subject to your marketing preferences and applicable law. Any data provided to Robinhood will be handled in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Short form terms and conditions
Platinum Card Cardholders
Robinhood Platinum Card cardholders are eligible to activate a complimentary DashPass subscription if their Robinhood Platinum Card account is in good standing and their Robinhood Platinum Card remains saved as a payment method in their DoorDash account. If a cardholder’s Robinhood Platinum Card account is cancelled or otherwise terminated, or their Robinhood Platinum Card is removed from their DoorDash account, the cardholder will no longer be eligible for the complimentary DashPass subscription. DashPass benefits apply only to eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the applicable minimum subtotal requirement, excluding fees, taxes, and gratuity. Minimum subtotals will be identified for each DashPass merchant on DoorDash. Other fees (including service fees), taxes, and gratuity still apply. Robinhood Gold Card cardholders are eligible to activate 6 months of free DashPass if they have not been subscribed to DashPass for at least six (6) months prior to activation. After the six (6)-month complimentary period, the cardholder will automatically be charged the then-current DashPass subscription fee (currently $9.99/month, plus any applicable taxes) on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. The DashPass subscription fee will be charged to a saved payment method we have on file for the cardholder's DoorDash account. DashPass benefits apply only to eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the applicable minimum subtotal requirement, excluding fees, taxes, and gratuity. Active Robinhood Gold Members who received this offer directly from Robinhood, are eligible to activate 6 months of free DashPass if they have not been subscribed to DashPass for at least six (6) months prior to activation. The DashPass offer must be activated by 6/30/2026. After the six (6)-month complimentary period, you will automatically be charged the then-current DashPass subscription fee (currently $9.99/month, plus any applicable taxes) on a recurring basis until you cancel. The DashPass membership fee will be charged to a saved payment method we have on file for your DoorDash account. DashPass benefits apply only to eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the applicable minimum subtotal requirement, excluding fees, taxes, and gratuity.
