To participate in On the House, you must use the DoorDash mobile app and be on iOS version 8.40.0 or Android version 15.297.0 or higher. On the House is a limited-time offer for one free item at a select restaurant(s) as described in the offer details. Not valid on DoorDash delivery or pickup orders. To redeem the offer, you must first claim the offer on DoorDash. After you claim, you may share a link with another eligible DoorDash customer, so that they may claim their own item. The link does not transfer your item or give DoorDash the recipient's contact information. DoorDash can identify a recipient only if they claim. Recipients do not need DashPass. Both you and any recipient on the link you share must visit the physical location of the eligible merchant to redeem the free item. Limit one redemption per person. Available while supplies last. Each select store has its own supply, which can vary. Opening the claim page in the app may hold one item briefly. If it is not claimed, that hold ends. Redeem by swiping in the DoorDash app at the physical participating location by showing a team member of the participating location your code. The code expires 15 minutes after it is generated and cannot be transferred or retroactively generated once expired. Offers not redeemed by the end of the offer period expire. No cash value. The offer covers the price of one eligible item only. It does not cover other items, a substitute item, fees, taxes, or gratuity, and it cannot be combined with other offers unless the offer details say so. Not available to all DoorDash customers.
