How do I cancel my DashPass membership?
We are sorry to see you go! You can cancel your DashPass membership any time using the DoorDash app or doordash.com. To avoid charges for the next subscription period, you must cancel your DashPass membership 24 hours before your next scheduled payment. After canceling, your DashPass benefits will be valid through the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during a free period, your benefits will be terminated immediately. After canceling your membership, you will receive a confirmation via email that your DashPass membership has been canceled.
To cancel your membership in the DoorDash app or on doordash.com:
1. Open the DoorDash app or open doordash.com.
2. Tap the account icon.

3. Go to “Manage DashPass”.

4. Tap “Cancel Membership” to cancel your membership.

5. Select a reason for your cancellation and select “Select reason.”

6. Select “Cancel DashPass”

7. Your membership has been successfully canceled. Select “Got it” to return to the “Manage DashPass” page.


To pause your membership on the app or doordash.com:
1. If you choose to “Pause” your membership instead of canceling, select “Pause Membership” on the “Manage DashPass” page.
2. On the pop-up, select “Pause DashPass” to confirm your selection.

3. Your membership has been successfully paused.
