A: As a current DashPass subscriber who has this benefit available in your DoorDash account, you can earn 5% back in DoorDash credit by following the steps below:
Order Pickup from a DashPass restaurant and you’ll earn 5% credit back unless another promo code is applied to that order.
In your cart, you’ll see how much credit you’re getting back, based on the order subtotal. If you don’t, tap Promo Code and select ‘DashPass Pickup Benefit’.
After your Pickup is complete, your DoorDash credit will be added to your account and automatically applied to your next order.
Q: How do I redeem my DoorDash credit? Can I save them and apply them toward a future purchase?
A: No, DoorDash credit cannot be accrued. DoorDash credit in your account will be automatically applied to the next Delivery or Pickup order that you place on DoorDash.

A: We’ll deposit credit into your account once your order is marked complete, which may take up to an hour in some cases.

Q: Does this benefit work on Caviar?
A: As a DashPass subscriber, you’ll be able to earn credit back on Pickup orders placed on both DoorDash and Caviar. However, credit earned on DoorDash will be deposited into your DoorDash account as “DoorDash credit,” which is only available to be applied toward orders placed on DoorDash. Credit earned on Caviar will be deposited into your Caviar account as “Caviar credit” and can only be applied toward orders placed on Caviar.

A: Only available to select DashPass subscribers as indicated in their account. Credits are promotional credits as described in DoorDash’s Promotional Offers and Credits Terms and Conditions. Credits only earned on eligible Pickup orders with participating DashPass merchants. Credits cannot be earned, but may be redeemed, on Group orders. Credits will not be earned if other promotions are applied to the order. Credit calculated on order subtotal; max. credit of $100 per order.
