Q: What is this reward?
A: Macca’s and DoorDash have partnered to give eligible MyMacca’s Rewards members access to 6 months of DashPass — that’s 6 months of $0 delivery fees on DoorDash — for 20,000 points. One redemption per customer applies.

Q: What is DashPass, and what are its benefits?
A: DashPass is a subscription service on DoorDash that offers $0 unlimited delivery fees, reduced service fees, and access to exclusive offers from participating merchants. DashPass is available wherever DoorDash is available in Australia. See DashPass full terms here.

Q: What makes an order eligible for DashPass benefits?
A: Orders must:

  • Be placed with a participating DashPass merchant

  • Meet the minimum subtotal requirement for that store

Eligible stores are marked with the DashPass icon in the DoorDash app. Benefits, like $0 delivery fee and reduced service fees, will be applied at checkout if criteria are met.

Q: Who is eligible for this reward?
A: To be eligible, you must:

  • Be a MyMacca’s app user aged 15 years or older

  • Not have held an active DashPass subscription in the past 6 months

  • Have or create a valid DoorDash account

  • Have an accepted payment method saved in your DoorDash account

Q: What if I’ve had DashPass before?
A: This offer is only available to customers who have not had DashPass in the past 6 months. If you currently have a DashPass subscription, you won’t be eligible to redeem this offer.

Q: How do I claim the reward on the MyMacca’s® App?
A:

1) Open the app and select “Rewards & Deals” in the bottom navigation bar

2) Select “View all” on the right side of the My Rewards section

3) Redeem the DashPass reward using 20,000 points

4) Reveal and copy your unique digital code

5) Visit mymaccasrewardsdashpass.com.au and enter your digital code, along with contact details, to receive your digital reward via email
6) Follow the instructions to activate your DashPass subscription

7) If you aren’t ready to activate straight away, check your email for a direct link to redeem.


Q: When do I need to redeem the reward by?
A: The reward must be claimed in the MyMacca’s app by 14 February 2027, or while supplies last. Once claimed, the unique code must also be redeemed by 14 February 2027.

Q: What happens at the end of my 6-month free trial?
A: At the end of your trial period, your DashPass subscription will automatically renew into a paid monthly plan using your saved payment method, unless you cancel beforehand.

Q: Can I cancel my DashPass 6-month free trial?
A: Yes. You can cancel your DashPass subscription at any time during the free trial period via the DoorDash app without being charged.

Q: What happens if I cancel during my free trial? Can I restart it?
A: No. If you cancel your DashPass subscription during the free trial, your benefits will end and cannot be restarted.

Q: Why don’t I see this offer in the DoorDash app?
A: Each code or link can only be used once and may expire if not redeemed within the stated timeframe. If you experience issues, please contact McDonald’s support.

Q: Who do I contact if I have an issue?
A:

  • For MyMacca’s points or reward claiming issues, contact Customer Support through the MyMacca’s app or website
