How do I cancel my order?

If the restaurant has not yet accepted your order, you will have the option to cancel.

To do this:

  1. In the top right corner of your screen, select the icon of the person with the headset on. 

  2. Tap the “cancel order” button towards the bottom of your screen to cancel the order.  

If you need to cancel after the restaurant has started making the order, please contact our support team. Note: if the restaurant has already started preparing your order, we cannot issue a refund.
