Overview

The DoorDash Rewards Mastercard® is a credit card that makes everyday convenience more rewarding. Cardmembers earn 4% cash back on DoorDash and Caviar orders, 3% cash back on dining directly from a restaurant, 2% cash back on grocery stores (online or in-person), 1% cash back on all other purchases and $0 delivery fees with a complimentary DashPass membership ($96 value), every year with $10,000 in annual card spend.

DoorDash Rewards Mastercard DashPass Benefit Details:

• Free DashPass subscription for 12 months - 1 for primary cardmember and 1 for an authorized (secondary) user.

  • Both the primary and authorized users must use the same DoorDash Rewards Mastercard as their primary payment method when placing DoorDash orders

  • After the free DashPass period ends, both the primary and authorized users will be automatically enrolled in the paid DashPass Annual Plan at $96/year until canceled

• Earn a complimentary DashPass membership ($96 value) every anniversary year you spend $10,000 on your card. Membership auto-renews if you don’t qualify.

1. How does the free DashPass work?

You will automatically be enrolled in a free one year DashPass membership, subject to the DoorDash Terms and Conditions Agreement (available at doordash.com/terms).

• If you have an existing free DashPass membership, your DoorDash Rewards Mastercard DashPass membership will replace this free membership upon activation

• If you have an existing DashPass membership that is in a discounted period or associated with a Chase co-brand credit card, you will receive a refund for your current DashPass billing period and your DoorDash Rewards Mastercard DashPass membership will begin

• All other existing paid DashPass memberships will continue through the end of the current DashPass billing period before your free one year DoorDash Rewards Mastercard DashPass membership begins.

2. How does the authorized (secondary) user activate their DashPass membership?

• Authorized users must add their DoorDash Rewards Mastercard as their default payment method in the DoorDash or Caviar applications to activate their free DashPass membership.

3. What happens after my free year of DashPass?

• Your free DashPass Annual Plan will automatically renew at $96/year after 12 months. We’ll remind you before your subscription renews, and you can cancel at any time before your free period is over.

You can also keep getting a complimentary DashPass , year after year, by spending $10,000 annually on your card, each anniversary year.

4. How do I earn cashback?

With the DoorDash Rewards Mastercard, you earn cash back on all purchases:

• 4% back on DoorDash and Caviar orders

• 3% back is not earned on purchases made through third-party food delivery services such as DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub.

• 2% back at grocery stores online or in-person

• 1% back on all other purchases

Note: Eligible purchases on DoorDash using the DoorDash Rewards Mastercard earn 4% back.

5. Do my cash back rewards I earn ever expire?

• The rewards you earn using the DoorDash Rewards Mastercard won't expire as long as your credit card account is open.

6. When are my cash back rewards available?

• Cash back rewards are available at the end of your statement cycle .

7. Can I earn cash back rewards using my DoorDash Rewards Mastercard via a third party wallet (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.)?

• Yes, you can earn cash back rewards when you use your DoorDash Rewards Mastercard in a third party wallet.

8. What other benefits exist for DoorDash Rewards Mastercard cardmembers?

• We will introduce new exclusive benefits for cardmembers over time, but as of November 1, 2023, cardmembers can take advantage of:

  • 10% off (up to $15) one convenience, grocery, alcohol, or DashMart order every month (valid through 12/31/2026; terms apply)

9. How do I cancel my DoorDash Rewards Mastercard provided DashPass Membership?

• We are sorry to see you go! Your DashPass membership can be canceled anytime by clicking here. To avoid charges for the next subscription period, you must cancel your DashPass membership before the end of your free trial.

• If you cancel during a free period, your benefits will be terminated immediately. You may re-enroll in the DashPass membership at any time during the free period to continue receiving membership benefits until the free period ends.
