DashMatch Terms and Conditions
DashMatch is a memory-matching game offered by DoorDash to select DoorDash customers in the United States. DashMatch is offered on a weekly basis, typically on Tuesdays from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM EST, on an ongoing basis until modified, suspended, or discontinued by DoorDash. Themes, timing, format, and rewards may vary. DoorDash does not guarantee that DashMatch will be offered at any given time or in any given week.
DashMatch is open only to select DoorDash customers who (a) reside in the United States, (b) maintain an active DoorDash account in good standing, and (c) have completed at least one prior DoorDash order. DashMatch is not available to all DoorDash customers, and eligible participants are selected by DoorDash at its sole discretion. DoorDash may revoke eligibility or access to DashMatch at any time, without notice.
How to participate: Eligible customers may be presented with a memory-matching game in the DoorDash app and will have one (1) attempt during that week. The game will consist of a grid of face-down tiles arranged in matching pairs. Participants must match all pairs within the time limits to be deemed a winner. Participants may only attempt the game once per week. If a participant exits or otherwise terminates the game before completion, their progress will not be saved and they will not be awarded a prize.
Rewards: Each week, participants will receive either (i) no promotional prize or reward for completing DashMatch or (ii) a promotional reward in a form that will be disclosed to eligible customers within the DoorDash platform. The promotional reward may only be redeemed on qualifying purchases in specified restaurant or food categories (for example, $10 off dessert or burger orders). Eligible categories, participating merchants, and applicable terms will be disclosed within the DoorDash platform, including through in-app banners, the notification hub, and the store pages of eligible merchants.
Promotional rewards must be redeemed within the time specified in your DoorDash account and may only be redeemed at participating restaurant locations. The rewards may only be redeemed on eligible orders with a minimum subtotal of $12 excluding fees and taxes. Discounts apply to subtotal only; no discount will be applied to fees, taxes, and gratuity. If the full value of the promotional reward is not used on a single order, the remaining value will be forfeited. Not valid for pickup orders or gifting orders. Limit of one weekly reward per person. Not valid for the purchase of alcohol and other restricted items. Fees, taxes, and gratuity still apply. To redeem, select the reward to apply in your wallet at checkout.
Modification of terms: DoorDash reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, cancel or discontinue the DashMatch offer at any time without any notice. In the event of termination or modification of the DashMatch offer, customers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit, or compensation.
Fraud and misconduct: DoorDash reserves the right to revoke or suspend eligibility for DashMatch if DoorDash believes, in its sole discretion, that a participant is (or is attempting to) act fraudulently, in bad faith, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. DoorDash may refuse to award or may revoke a reward at any time without notice if DoorDash believes that it has been obtained in a fraudulent or abusive manner.
General: DashMatch is subject to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions. The offer is only available for select DoorDash members in the US only as determined by DoorDash. DashMatch is not available to all DoorDash members. Eligibility for participating in DashMatch and whether you will be awarded the reward is in DoorDash's sole discretion.
DashPass benefits apply only on eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the minimum subtotal requirement, excluding fees and taxes. Subtotal minimums will be identified for each DashPass merchant on DoorDash.
