  1. Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business, Chase Sapphire Preferred, Chase Sapphire, Chase Ink Business Preferred, and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmember benefits:

  • DashPass

    • Free DashPass through 12/31/27 or a minimum of 1 year depending on activation date. If activated by 12/31/26, expiration date will be 12/31/27.

    • If DashPass is activated between 1/1/27 - 12/31/27, your expiration date will be one year from activation.

    • Must activate by 12/31/27 to be eligible.

  • Non-Restaurant Promo

    • Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business, and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers will receive two $10 promos per month applicable to eligible non-restaurant orders, while enrolled in DashPass and using their eligible Chase card at checkout. Only one $10 promo may be used per order.

    • Chase Sapphire Preferred and Ink Business Preferred cardmembers will receive a monthly $10 promo applicable to eligible non-restaurant orders, while enrolled in DashPass and using their eligible Chase card at checkout.

    • These promos are applied at checkout with the use of their eligible Chase card. If a promo is not used (applied to an order) each month, it will not carry over to the next month.

  • {NEW} Restaurant Promo

    • Starting February 1, 2025 Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business, and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers will receive a $5 monthly promo applicable for eligible restaurant (dining) orders, while enrolled in DashPass and using their eligible Chase card at checkout

    • This promo is applied at checkout. If a promo is not used (applied to an order) each month, it will not carry over to the next month.

Chase Freedom and Slate cardmember benefits

  • DashPass

    • Free DashPass for 6 months if activated on or after 2/1/25

    • After those 6 months, the user will be auto-enrolled into full-price membership at the then-current monthly rate.

    • Must activate by 12/31/27 to be eligible.

    • Note: Users who enrolled prior to 2/1/25 will continue to receive the 3 month free, 9 month half-off benefit they signed up for, and will be auto-enrolled into full-price membership following that

  • Non-Restaurant Promo

    • As of August 1, 2024 Chase Freedom and Slate cardmembers will receive one quarterly $10 promo applicable to eligible non-restaurant orders, while enrolled in DashPass and using their eligible Chase card at checkout.

Chase Co-Brand cardmember benefits:

  • DashPass

    • Free DashPass for 12 months after activation.

    • After 12 months, you are auto-enrolled in DashPass at the then-current full monthly rate, currently $9.99/month.

    • Must activate by 12/31/27 to be eligible.

    • All Chase Co-Brand credit cards are eligible except the Amazon Rewards Visa Card, Instacart Mastercard, and DoorDash Rewards Mastercard.

  • Non-Restaurant Promo

    • As of August 1, 2024 Chase Co-Brand cardmembers will receive one quarterly $10 promo applicable to eligible non-restaurant orders, while enrolled in DashPass and using their eligible Chase card at checkout.

  1. NOTES ON NON-RESTAURANT BENEFITS

  • These promotions are not automatically applied to orders. You must apply the $10 promo at check out. For more information, see the How do promos work? section.

  • If the full $10 is not redeemed on a single order, the remaining value will be forfeited.

  • Promo is non-refundable and non-transferable

  • You must use your eligible Chase credit card to receive the promotions

  • If you unenroll or cancel your DashPass membership, you will no longer be eligible for this promo

  • Promo funds do not roll over past the end of the monthly or quarterly period for which the funds have been issued.

  • Non-restaurant promos can be stacked with other order card promotions on DoorDash.

2. Will my DashPass benefits apply to both Caviar and DoorDash?

  • All DashPass benefits will apply to DoorDash and Caviar. Please use the same login information for both Caviar and DoorDash. Your DashPass benefits will automatically be available on both platforms.

  • Chase specific Non-restaurant and Restaurant promos are not available in the Caviar app.

  • If you are having trouble accessing your benefits, please see below for troubleshooting steps.

3. What makes an order eligible for DashPass benefits?

  • An order is eligible for DashPass benefits if it is from a participating DashPass store and the order meets the subtotal minimum identified in the DoorDash/Caviar app or website.

  • Things to check before placing an order:

  1. Check the DoorDash app or doordash.com for restaurants near you that have the green DashPass symbol.

  2. Enjoy a $0 delivery fee and reduced services fees on eligible restaurant, grocery, and convenience orders from DashPass merchants that meet the subtotal minimum, as detailed in the DoorDash app or website.

  3. Make sure the payment method is the same Chase credit card you used to sign up for DashPass.

4. What happens if I remove my Chase credit card from my account?

  • DashPass benefits are available when using your Chase credit card as the selected payment method at checkout with your activated DashPass subscription.

  • You won’t be able to access these DashPass benefits if you remove your eligible Chase credit card as your selected payment method at checkout

5. I have a Sapphire Reserve for Business or Ink Business Preferred card, in addition to a Consumer card (i.e. Sapphire/JPMorgan Reserve, Sapphire Preferred, Freedom, Slate or Co-Brand card), can I receive promos on both cards?

  • Restaurant and non-restaurant promos are tied to each consumer's DashPass membership. While DoorDash consumers may have both a Chase Business credit card and Chase Consumer credit card in their DoorDash wallet on one account, only 1 DashPass subscription can be tied to an individual DoorDash account at one time, and therefore only 1 set of promos can be associated with an account at one time.

  • In order to utilize the Restaurant and Non-Restaurant promos tied to multiple DashPass memberships, please create two separate DoorDash accounts with separate login details (e.g., email, password) – one account associated with your business card and one associated with your Consumer card. You will need to use a different email for each account.

  • Please log out and log back in to the desired account to unlock the Restaurant and Non-Restaurant promos associated with each account.

6. Why don’t I see the Chase offer in the DoorDash or Caviar mobile app?

  • Payments through third-party wallets like Google Pay and Apple Pay are not eligible for this program, check to make sure you have entered your eligible Chase credit card information in the DoorDash wallet.

  • You may need to update your credit card information in the DoorDash app.

    • Within the DoorDash app, tap on the Me icon and navigate to Settings > Payment and then Add Payment Method > Credit/Debit Card to re-enter:

      • Card number

      • Expiration date

      • CVV

      • Zip code

      • After you save your card information, the promotional offer should appear in app

  • Update your DoorDash or Caviar app with the latest version. Sign out of your DoorDash or Caviar App and sign back in with the same login credentials on both platforms.

  • Delete and re-add your Chase credit card

    • Access your DoorDash or Caviar account via web browser and click on the menu icon in the top left corner (3 stacked lines)

    • Click on Account

    • Scroll down to Payment Cards

    • Click Add Card and input your Chase credit card information. Ensure the zip code entered reflects the credit card’s billing address.

    • After saving, select this card as your default payment method.

    • To delete the old credit card, click on the X located to the right of the credit card you wish to delete.

  • Unsubscribe from your existing, general DashPass to activate the Chase DashPass benefit:

  • Directions for each platform:

    • iOS

      • Access your DoorDash or Caviar account via web browser and click on Account in the bottom left corner

      • Click on Manage DashPass

      • Click on Cancel Membership

      • After ending your existing subscription, delete and re-add your Chase credit card

        • Access your DoorDash or Caviar account via web browser and click on Account in the bottom left corner

        • Click on Payment

        • Scroll down to Add New Payment Method

        • Click Credit/Debit Card and input your Chase credit card information. Ensure the zip code entered reflects the credit card’s billing address.

        • After saving, select this card as your default payment method.

        • To delete the old credit card, click on the X located to the right of the credit card you wish to delete.​​​​​

    • ANDROID

      • Access your DoorDash or Caviar account via web browser and click on the menu icon in the top left corner (3 stacked lines)

      • Click on Manage DashPass

      • Click on End Subscription

      • After ending your existing subscription, delete and re-add your Chase credit card

        • Access your DoorDash or Caviar account via web browser and click on the menu icon in the top left corner (3 stacked lines)

        • Click on Account

        • Scroll down to Payment Cards

        • Click Add Card and input your Chase credit card information. Ensure the zip code entered reflects the credit card’s billing address.

        • After saving, select this card as your default payment method.

        • To delete the old credit card, click on the X located to the right of the credit card you wish to delete.​​​​​

    • DESKTOP

      • Access your DoorDash or Caviar account via web browser and click on the menu icon in the top left corner (3 stacked lines)

      • Click on Manage DashPass

      • Click on End Subscription

      • After ending your existing subscription, follow the Chase DashPass activation steps above.

  • If you don’t see the promotional offer, please contact DoorDash Support

    • Please note, if you have a Chase Freedom, Chase Slate or Chase co-branded credit card, the exclusive DashPass benefit is only available to one cardmember per credit card account.

​​​​7. What happens if I add another eligible Chase card to my DoorDash or Caviar wallet?

  • DashPass benefits are tied to the Chase card that is the default payment for your order.

  • For example, if you add a Chase Freedom card and then add a Chase Sapphire card as your default, you’ll receive the benefits for Chase Sapphire cardmembers after your successful DashPass activation.

  • You will then have a new activation and expiration date for your Sapphire DashPass benefit.

8. How is the expiration date of my Chase benefit determined?

  • The subscription period for all users on a Chase account will begin and end based on when the first cardmember activates the subscription on the DoorDash or Caviar mobile app.

9. What happens if I activate my free DashPass with my eligible Chase card then upgrade or downgrade to another eligible Chase card?

  • You will be unenrolled from your existing DashPass subscription and notified by DoorDash or Caviar to update your payment information in your DoorDash or Caviar wallet with your new Chase card payment information.

  • Once your new card is added to DoorDash or Caviar you will be prompted to enroll in the benefit offer specific to your eligible Chase product.

  • If the subscription benefit is different for your new product, your subscription will reset including a new activation and expiration date. If the subscription benefit is the same, your subscription will not reset and your expiration date will remain the same.

10. What happens if I pay for an order with an ineligible payment method?

  • While you’re free to use the payment method of your choice, exclusive DashPass benefits, and promotions, will only apply when using an eligible Chase credit card as the default payment method.

  • You’ll pay the full delivery fee on an order from a DashPass restaurant if you pay with an ineligible payment method.

  • To take advantage of your DashPass benefits, make sure you activate your DashPass subscription and pay for your DashPass order using an eligible Chase credit card.

11. What happens if I currently pay for a DashPass membership?

  • Upon activation of your Chase DashPass membership, your existing membership will be replaced and you will no longer be charged for your DashPass membership. In order to take advantage of the DashPass benefits, you will need to use your eligible Chase credit card as your default payment method.

12. If I have two Chase cards with a limited time DashPass, can I take advantage of a second free period after one expires?

  • Yes! Simply add your other Chase credit card after your prior free DashPass expires and make sure it is the default payment method for your DoorDash orders.

  • It is important to note that only one DashPass can be active at a time.

13. Am I eligible for the DashPass Family Sharing feature as part of my free or discount DashPass with Chase?

  • As of June 2025, Chase card holders do not have access to the DashPass Family Sharing feature, but stay tuned as this feature may be available at a later date. Don't forget - Sapphire Reserve and Preferred card members have the ability to add multiple authorized users to their DashPass account.

14. How do promos work?

  • Add your desired items from a vendor to your cart

  • Navigate to View cart

  • Tap the toggle to “ON” to active the Chase restaurant or non-restaurant promo

  • If you wish to apply an additional DoorDash promotion:

    • Scroll down to order Summary

    • Click Promo codes, rewards & gift cards

    • Click the promo you wish to apply

  • Chase promotions are stackable with up to one other DoorDash order cart-level promo
