Wyndham Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

Gift Cards are made available and provided by DoorDash, Inc. You agree to both these terms and conditions (the “Gift Card Terms and Conditions”) and also the DoorDash Terms and Conditions, including the arbitration and class waiver provision therein (collectively with the Gift Card Terms and Conditions, the “Terms and Conditions”).  You can purchase Gift Cards with, our without, a DoorDash account. However, you must have a DoorDash account to redeem Gift Cards. You may redeem Gift Cards towards any eligible order placed on www.doordash.com or the DoorDash App in Canada. DoorDash reserves the right to change the eligible orders at its sole discretion. Gift Cards will not expire. No fees apply to Gift Cards. We further reserve the right to deactivate, cancel or suspend Gift Cards when we expect fraud, unlawful activity, or any violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Gift Cards may not be returned and are not redeemable for cash except when required by applicable law. Gift card cannot be used to pay a credit account. Gift cards may not be resold. Gift cards amounts may not be increased or reloaded. When you make a purchase with a Gift Card that contains insufficient funds the remaining balance must be paid using another form of payment available in your account. Purchases with Gift Card are subject to DoorDash standard refund policy, and any refund amounts will be credited back to the Gift Card. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF LAW THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE OR KIND IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH GIFT CARDS. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH GIFT CARDS, EVEN IF THE COMPANY AND/OR ITS LICENSORS HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD.

You agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to Gift Cards will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court in accordance with the DoorDash Terms and Conditions. Please review the DoorDash Terms and Conditions carefully to understand how disputes will be resolved and your right to opt out.
