Q: How do I book movie tickets on DoorDash?

• Find the movies icon in your iOS app, select your movie, theatre and seats in-app

• Check your email for confirmation and ticket QR code

• DashPass members get $20 in DoorDash credit after the movie on their first ticket order ($10 in credit on future orders)

Q: My plans changed and I can no longer make it to the movie. How does the cancellation process work?

• Cancellations may be requested anytime before the posted showtime to receive a refund issued in DoorDash credits.

• Unfortunately, we can’t offer partial refunds. To request a cancellation, please send us an SMS at +1 844-361-9888 and include your ticket confirmation number.
