Managing your DoorDash Email Preferences

As a Customer you may receive a variety of emails from DoorDash. While we’re required to provide some high-priority emails, for everything else, you’re able to decide exactly which types of communications you’d like to receive from us. 

In order to update your email preferences, simply open an email you have received from DoorDash and locate the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email. This link will direct you to your email preferences.

You can also uncheck any boxes for specific emails you’d like to opt out of, or opt out of all non-high priority communications.

Once you’ve made the selection of emails you’d like to receive, make sure to click ‘Save Preferences’
