To enter the DoorDash Roommates Show Block Party Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these official rules ("Official Rules").
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. You must have Internet access and an active DoorDash account, and e-mail account, to participate. Winners will be randomly selected.
WINNERS MUST BE A RESIDENT OF NEW YORK CITY OR RESIDE WITHIN A 75 MILE RADIUS WITHIN THE STATE OF NEW YORK AND ABLE TO ATTEND ROOMMATES SHOW BLOCK PARTY AT THE RANDALL’S ISLAND PARK, IN NEW YORK CITY ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2026 (THE “EXPERIENCE”); IF A WINNER IS UNAVAILABLE ON THIS DATE OF THE EXPERIENCE, THE ENTIRE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. TRANSPORTATION OR LODGING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRIZE. WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION, ACCOMMODATIONS AND ALL OTHER EXPENSES RELATED TO ATTENDING THE EXPERIENCE.

1. SPONSOR: DoorDash, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 303 2nd St, Suite 800, San Francisco, CA 94107.
2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability LLC ("Administrator"), 2 Woodstock Meadows Ln, Woodstock, NY 12498.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to individuals who, at the time of completing an Entry (defined below) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, and are legal residents and reside in New York City or within a 75 mile radius within the state of New York (the “Entrant”). Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a prize: employees, representatives, agents, directors, and officers Sponsor, Administrator, The Roommates Show, it’s producers, it’s talent, and parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies; any marketing agencies and any other parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including the prize provider (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, and, as applicable, the “steps” of each) and all persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related. Any individuals who have won prizes from promotions sponsored by Sponsor ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible to enter or win a prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and by the decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 09/12/26 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 09/15/26 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be completed and received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, individuals may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways (each an “Entry”):
(a)DoorDash Reservation Entry (“Reservation Entry”): Using DoorDash Reservations in the DoorDash app or website, complete a reservation at one of the designated participating restaurants in New York City through a valid DoorDash account. The reservation must be marked as “completed” (i.e., honored and attended) (“Reservation”). Canceled reservations, no-shows, or otherwise unfulfilled reservations will not qualify. The email address associated with the reservation must match the entrant’s DoorDash account email address.
(b)Enter via X (formerly known as Twitter) (Free Method of Entry or “AMOE”): During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will post on their X (@doordash)account one (1) or more posts (each, a "Sweepstakes Post" and collectively the "Sweepstakes Posts"). To enter, comment on the Sweepstakes Post on X (formerly Twitter) by tagging (@doordash) and comment with your favorite place in New York City to book a DoorDash reservation with the hashtag #doordashreservationssweepstakes (“Hashtag”) during the Sweepstakes Period (“Comment”). You must include the Hashtag in your Comment in order for your Sweepstakes entry to be eligible.
BY POSTING A COMMENT ALONG WITH THE HASHTAG, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Your posted Comment along with the Hashtag in the comment section will constitute your entry ("Entry") into the Sweepstakes.
Partial or incomplete/piecemeal submissions (e.g., submitting a post without the Hashtag (i.e., #doordashreservationssweepstakes) will NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY. Your X account must be set to public during the Sweepstakes Period. If your X account is set to "protected mode" your updates/responses may not be visible in Sponsor's feed and, thus, may not be received by Sponsor unless you previously consented to permit @DoorDash to see your X updates. Your X account may be set back to “protected mode” any time after the winners have been announced.
If you do not have an X account, you can visit X.com/signup or download the X app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create an X account according to the instructions on the website/app. Creating an X account is free. Please note that you must agree to comply with the X Terms of Service in order to create an X account.
Post must be created for the sole purpose of this Sweepstakes and must be posted by the entrant. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, Entries must be submitted in compliance with the format and other requirements set forth by X.
While you do not need to make a purchase to enter via X, you must have an active DoorDash account in good standing. You can visit http://www.doordash.com or download the DoorDash app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create a free DoorDash account according to the instructions on the website/app. Please note that you must agree to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions in order to create an account. Creating a DoorDash account is free and does not require a purchase.
You may only use one (1) X account to participate in the Sweepstakes. If you opt to access X via your wireless mobile device (only available via participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone's capabilities for specific instructions.
The comment within each entrant’s post/Entry must be original (DO NOT COPY OTHERS’ WORKS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART). By submitting your Entry, you grant Sponsor and its designees the use of your name, biographical information, image and/or likeness for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet (including without limitation, for posting on the official social media accounts for the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes), and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (except to the extent prohibited by law) or additional consents and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific written consent to such use if asked to do so. In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor/Administrator from you at any time, including but not limited to, during the winner verification process described herein. Failure to provide such proof, if requested, may result in your disqualification, at Sponsor’s/Administrator's sole discretion. If another person created the comment comprising your Entry, Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right to disqualify your Entry if you have not obtained the written consent of such person prior to submission. Do NOT include your or anyone else’s personal information (e.g., residential address, e-mail address or phone number) in the comment comprising the Entry (or otherwise in the Post).
6. ADDITIONAL ENTRY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: Except if Entrant resides in a jurisdiction in which moral rights cannot be waived under applicable copyright law, Entrant waives any “Moral Right of Authors” (Droit Moral) in their Entry(ies). Entrant also consents to Sponsor doing (or omitting to do) any act in respect of Entrant’s Entry(ies) that may otherwise constitute an infringement of the Entrant’s moral rights. Entrant further agrees, upon Sponsor’s request, and without compensation, to sign any and all necessary and appropriate documents so as to effect, perfect or record the preceding grant of license rights and moral rights consent. Except where applicable local law provides otherwise, Entrant further expressly acknowledges that Sponsor does not owe them a duty of confidence (or fiduciary duty or the like) with regard to their Entry(ies).
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant grants Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable (in whole or part) worldwide license to use, reproduce, transmit, display, exhibit, distribute, create derivative works based upon, publicly perform and otherwise exploit the Entry, in whole or in part, in all media formats and channels now known or hereafter devised for any and all purposes including entertainment, news, advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity, trade or commercial purposes, all without further notice to the Entrant, with or without attribution, and without the requirement of any permission from or payment to the Entrant or to any other person or entity. Potential Winner may be required to sign a Grant of Rights and Release conveying the above rights in order to be confirmed as the Winner.
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to grant Sponsor and its designees the right to use of Entrant’s name, biographical information, photograph, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (to the fullest extent permitted by law) or additional consents and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific written consent to such use if asked to do so.
An Entry may not contain, and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify and/or petition the applicable social media platform to remove any Entry that contains any content that: (1) violates any law or regulation (2) violates or infringes any right of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, such as but not limited to rights of copyright, trademark or patent, or rights of publicity or privacy; (3) is defamatory, slanderous, libelous, scandalous or obscene; (4) contains any third person’s personal information, such as complete personal names or e-mail addresses; (5) contains any virus, bugs, or other deleterious material; (6) embodies the names or likenesses of any individuals other than Entrant; (7) is sexually explicit; violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity; (8) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); (9) promotes any activities that may appear illegal, unsafe or dangerous ; promotes any particular political agenda or message; (10) is obscene or offensive; (11) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the reputation, image and/or goodwill of Sponsor or any other entity or person affiliated with this Sweepstakes; or (12) is otherwise inappropriate, objectionable, or unsuitable for the uses contemplated in these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
CONTENT IN SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES REPRESENTS SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE ENTRANT AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF SPONSOR OR SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES. SPONSOR/SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES.
Sponsor and the other Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible or liable for any inability to view an Entry or any part thereof due to any technical difficulty, malfunction or failure of any kind. The preceding includes but is not limited to any filtering or other operation of the X social media platform.
All Reservation AND X Entry(ies) will be referred to as Entry(ies) (“Entry(ies)”) from this point on.
7. Limit: ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts may result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Once submitted, an Entry cannot be modified by Entrant, and will not be returned.
Whether or not you make a qualifying Reservation (and, if so, the merchant with whom the Reservation is made) will NOT improve or affect one’s chances of winning the prize in the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of entry (including acceptance and delivery of Order, if applicable) does not constitute proof of receipt of the same. Receipt of entries may be acknowledged, but any such acknowledgment is in no way otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
8. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNER/ODDS: Eight (8) potential winners (the "Potential Winner(s)") will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 09/16/2026 by the Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone on or about 9/16/2026. To remain eligible for the Sweepstakes, each Potential Winner must still have an active DoorDash account in good standing at time of winner notification. A Potential Winner may be disqualified if she/he/they does not respond to the initial phone and/or email notification within twenty-four (24) hours with the requested information. Once a Potential Winner responds to the initial notification with the requested information, Potential Winner will be required to sign and return within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt an Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require based on the prize(s) being awarded, including documentation that helps to verify the Potential winner is at least eighteen (18) years of age (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). Potential Winner will also be required to provide their guest name, email address and phone number within twenty-four (24) hours from the time Potential Winner responds to the initial notification. Each Potential Winner’s guest (“Guest”) will be required to complete and sign a guest release form (“Guest Release”) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time it is requested. Potential Winner’s failure to provide their guest information requested and/or the guest’s failure to provide the signed Guest Release will result in forfeiting such guest’s portion of the prize. Prize Claim Documents and Guest Release documents or part thereof may be collected by DigiSigner GmbH ("DigiSigner") and shared with Sponsor and Administrator solely for the purposes of Sweepstakes administration and awarding of the prizes. Once all the required Prize Claim Documents are received, the Administrator will review and confirm each Potential Winner’s eligibility to win a Prize, and therefore be confirmed as a Winner (“Winner”). All entrant data will be deleted from DigiSigner once a Winner is verified and confirmed. If the Prize Claim Documents are not returned to Administrator within the specified time period, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, prize may be forfeited and the Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period, time permitting.
10. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: A pair of VIP tickets for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to attend the Roommates Show Block Party in Randall's Island Park, New York City (“Venue”), on September 24, 2026. The Grand Prize winner and their guest will also receive the opportunity to attend a meet-and-greet with Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart before the event.ARV: $1600.00.
Four (4) First Place Prizes: A pair of VIP tickets for each of the four (4) First Place Prize Winners and one (1) guest to attend the Experience. ARV: $1,200 per prize.
Total ARV of all prizes: $6,400.00
Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all costs not expressly included (transportation, incidentals). Limit one (1) prize per person.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being provided. Winner will provide all documentation as requested by Sponsor in order to comply with federal, state, local, or other applicable tax reporting requirements.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion, should the stated prize not be available for any reason whatsoever. Winners cannot substitute, transfer or redeem prize for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person and/or household. Sponsor is under no obligation to award more than the number of prizes stated herein.
11. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winners must confirm their ability to attend the Experience on September 24, 2026, no later than twenty-four (24) hours from the time of notification in order to remain eligible to receive a Prize. If a Winner cannot do so, that Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. If a Prize is not awarded due to the selected Winner, not responding to the notification within the time stated on their notification or within the timeline stated in these Official Rules, or the potential Winner or Guest not submitting the required documents in ample time for Sponsor and/or Administrator to make the necessary arrangements for any of the Winners and/or respective Guests to attend the Experience, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to award such Prize(s) in this Sweepstakes.
Winners shall be solely responsible for all incidental expenses, including ground transportation, meals, tips and gratuities, parking and other taxes, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. Any and all transportation to/from the Venue and any corresponding accommodations will not be provided by Sponsor and will be each Winner’s (and their Guest's) sole responsibility.
Sponsor and the applicable Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Winner and/or their Guest who engage in a non-sportsman like or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any of the talent or any other person at the Experience. Under such circumstances, the individual (Winner and/or their Guest) may be asked to leave and may forfeit any remaining portions of the Prize.
If, for any reason whatsoever, any Winner and/or Guest are unable to attend the Experience after all arrangements have been made, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such Winner and/or their Guest and no alternate winner will be selected.
The Sponsor/Administrator are not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the cancellation of the Experience. Winners and Guests will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification to enter the Venue.
Guests must also be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must complete, sign and return a Liability Release, Publicity Release within twenty-four (24) hours from the time it is requested. Should a Winner elect to attend the Experience without a Guest (or if Guest fails to timely return signed Release), Winner will be awarded in increments appropriate for a single attendee (that is, the Winner themself) and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.
Sponsor and/or Venue may revoke admission to the Experience, amongst other things, failure of the holder to conduct themselves in accordance with the Event Venue’s code of conduct while at Event Venue at any time before, after or during any portion of the Experience or if a Winner or Guest are determined to be intoxicated, to pose a safety risk to themself or others, to violate any applicable law or Venue policy, or engages in any conduct that brings Sponsor, and/or Venue into disrepute.
12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of these Official Rules and any marketing materials (including any prize descriptions), the provisions of these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond any Released Party’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prize by means of a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on DoorDash's website, and will be posted in app. No responsibility is assumed by any Released Party for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform (including the app), or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Persons entering the Sweepstakes further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE, APP OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
13. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND SEVERABILITY: Except as set out in the "Disputes; Arbitration/Choice of Law" section below, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Except as set out in the "Disputes; Arbitration/Choice of Law" section below, by entering, entrants agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and local courts located in San Francisco County, California and the federal courts located in the Northern District of California for the resolution of all disputes, and agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, these Official Rules will govern.
14. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Playmaker HQ, Cameron Smith Productions, Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, and Matt Hillman (“Talent”) as well as each of their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Prize.
15. PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant grants Sponsor and its designees the irrevocable, sublicensable, worldwide, perpetual right and permission to use the entrant's name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical data, and city and state of residence for programming, advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, without any further compensation, notification, or permission. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion. A list of the Winner may be made publicly available (as set forth in the "Winner's List" section).

DISPUTES; ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of the prize/determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to these Official Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor prevails in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. IN AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL IN A COURT OF LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of California or any other jurisdiction.
17. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Consumer Privacy Policy available at https://help.doordash.com/consumers/s/privacy-policy-us?language=en_US.
