OFFICIAL RULES
To enter the DoorDash FIFA Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these official rules ("Official Rules").
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. You must have Internet access and an active DoorDash account, e-mail account, and X account to participate. Winners will be randomly selected.
WINNER MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND USA'S OPENING MATCH OF FIFA WORLD CUP 2026 IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, ON JUNE 12, 2026 IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (“MATCH”); IF THE WINNER IS UNAVAILABLE ON THIS DATE OF THE MATCH, THE ENTIRE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. AIR OR GROUND TRANSPORTATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRIZE. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION, ACCOMMODATIONS, AND ALL OTHER EXPENSES RELATED TO ATTENDING THE MATCH.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia who meet all of the following criteria: (a) have an active, valid DoorDash account in good standing throughout the Sweepstakes Period, and (b) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors [including Dashers as well as brand ambassadors/influencers], and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, Fédération Internationale de Football Association ("FIFA")*, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Promotion Entity are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win prize(s). "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren, and step relationships of the foregoing, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
*The FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ logo is a trademark owned by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association used under license. Fédération Internationale de Football Association has not sponsored or offered the Sweepstakes.
4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: For eligible individuals, the Sweepstakes will be live for nine (9) hours on Friday, December 5, 2025, starting at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ending at 11:59 PM ET on the same day ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Eastern Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will post one (1) or more posts (each, a "Sweepstakes Post" and collectively the "Sweepstakes Posts") asking a question regarding the FIFA World Cup 2026 on the Sponsor’s X (formerly known as Twitter) account during the Sweepstakes Period.
During the Promotion Period, an entrant may enter as follows:

leave a comment on one of the Sweepstakes Posts with your answer to the question in the Sweepstakes Post ("Comment") and
include #DoorDashFIFASweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes Hashtag") with your Comment
Comment must include the Sweepstakes Hashtag to be considered an eligible Sweepstakes Entry. The term "Sweepstakes Entry" includes any text that accompanies the Sweepstakes Hashtag and Comment. Your Sweepstakes Entry must be limited to the Comments section of the Sweepstakes Post; if you post/re-post your Comment on your X account or elsewhere, it will not result in a Sweepstakes Entry or improve your chances of winning a prize (assuming that the comment was also posted in response to the Sweepstakes Post as per these Official Rules).
BY SUBMITTING A COMMENT WITH THE HASHTAG #DOORDASHFIFASWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Your Comment, along with the Sweepstakes hashtag, will constitute your entry ("Entry") into the Sweepstakes.
Partial or incomplete/piecemeal submissions (e.g., submitting a Comment without the Sweepstakes Hashtag or failure to follow @doordash will NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY. Your X account must be set to public during the Sweepstakes Period. If your X account is set to "protected mode," your updates/responses may not be visible in the Sponsor's feed and, thus, may not be received by the Sponsor unless you previously consented to permit @DoorDash to see your X updates. Your X account may be set back to “protected mode” at any time after the winners have been announced.
If you do not have an X account, you can visit X.com/signup or download the X app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create an X account according to the instructions on the website/app. Creating an X account is free. Please note that you must agree to comply with the X Terms of Service in order to create an X account.
Post must be created for the sole purpose of this Sweepstakes and must be posted by the entrant. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, Entries must be submitted in compliance with the format and other requirements set forth by X.
If you don’t have a DoorDash account, you may sign up for one for free by visiting http://www.doordash.com or downloading the DoorDash app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and creating a DoorDash account according to the instructions on the website/app.
You may only use one (1) X account to participate in the Sweepstakes. If you opt to access X via your wireless mobile device (only available via participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges, as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone's capabilities for specific instructions.
The answers to the questions in the Post/Entry must be original (DO NOT COPY OTHERS’ WORKS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART). By submitting your Entry, you grant Sponsor and its designees the use of your name, biographical information, image and/or likeness for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet (including without limitation, for posting on the official social media accounts for the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes), and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (except to the extent prohibited by law) or additional consents and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific written consent to such use if asked to do so. In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor/Administrator from you at any time, including but not limited to, during the winner verification process described herein. Failure to provide such proof, if requested, may result in your disqualification, at Sponsor’s/Administrator's sole discretion. Do NOT include your or anyone else’s personal information (e.g., residential address, e-mail address, or phone number) in the Comment comprising the Entry.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER QUESTION OR POST FOR A TOTAL OF UP TO TWO (2) ENTRIES. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts may result in the disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Once submitted, an Entry cannot be modified by the Entrant, and will not be returned.
5. ADDITIONAL ENTRY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant grants Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable (in whole or part) worldwide license to use, reproduce, transmit, display, exhibit, distribute, create derivative works based upon, publicly perform and otherwise exploit the Entry, in whole or in part, in all media formats and channels now known or hereafter devised for any and all purposes including entertainment, news, advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity, trade or commercial purposes, all without further notice to the Entrant, with or without attribution, and without the requirement of any permission from or payment to the Entrant or to any other person or entity. Potential Winner may be required to sign a Grant of Rights and Release conveying the above rights in order to be confirmed as the Winner.
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to grant Sponsor and its designees the right to use of Entrant’s name, biographical information, photograph, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (to the fullest extent permitted by law) or additional consents and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific written consent to such use if asked to do so.
An Entry may not contain, and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify and/or petition the applicable social media platform to remove any Entry that contains any content that: (1) violates any law or regulation (2) violates or infringes any right of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, such as but not limited to rights of copyright, trademark or patent, or rights of publicity or privacy; (3) is defamatory, slanderous, libelous, scandalous or obscene (including content that disparages FIFA); (4) contains any third person’s personal information, such as complete personal names or e-mail addresses; (5) contains any virus, bugs, or other deleterious material; (6) embodies the names or likenesses of any individuals other than Entrant; (7) is sexually explicit; violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity; (8) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); (9) promotes any activities that may appear illegal, unsafe or dangerous ; promotes any particular political agenda or message; (10) is obscene or offensive; (11) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the reputation, image and/or goodwill of Sponsor or any other entity or person affiliated with this Sweepstakes or FIFA; or (12) is otherwise inappropriate, objectionable, or unsuitable for the uses contemplated in these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
6. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: Four (4) Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 9, 2025, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via X by direct or private message by Sponsor/Administrator (@DoorDash) within three (3) business days from the random drawing date. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ENTRANT TO CONFIRM THAT THEIR PRIVACY SETTINGS FOR X ALLOW FOR THE SPONSOR TO NOTIFY THEM VIA DIRECT MESSAGE IF THEY ARE SELECTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER. The direct message will request that the potential winner e-mail the Sponsor/Administrator at the specified e-mail address. Failure to respond to the initial verification notice within forty-eight (48) hours after notification will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected, if time permits.
Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return within three (3) business days of transmission, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification/Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period (as applicable) may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the corresponding X account used to enter the Sweepstakes, and such individual must comply with these rules. "Authorized Account Holder'' is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
8. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):
Four (4) Prizes: Each of the four (4) Winners will receive Two (2) tickets to the USA's opening match of the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Los Angeles, California (“Match”) (ARV: $1,200.00 each pair of tickets). Total ARV of all Prizes: $4,800.00.
Winners and any Guests ("Attendees") shall be required to register to, and download the official FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ tournament mobile application in order to receive the tickets to the Match. Attendees agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") applicable to their ticket(s) to the Match, including any restrictions on the ticket holder’s ability to resell and transfer such tickets that may apply. The Terms of Use and any other ticket terms and conditions are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Please note that the applicable version of the Terms of Use may vary depending on the location of the Match to which a ticket corresponds. Ticket holders are encouraged to check for any updates to the Terms of Use and any other ticket terms and conditions regularly. In accordance with the Terms of Use, FIFA reserves the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines that an Attendee has failed to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to tickets. Ticket type and seat location at the Match are of the Sponsor’s sole determination. Tickets are provided to the Winners and their Guests pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to Winner/Guest and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Attending the Match constitutes agreement of Winners/Guests (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, the parent/legal guardian of such Winner/Guest) to the terms of such license, including (a) recovery (if any) in the event that the Match is not played to completion for any reason; and (b) compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as all other venue health and safety protocols and are expected to respect other guests and staff at the event. All such terms and conditions will be communicated to the Winners and Guests prior to distribution of tickets to the Match. FIFA (or any of its affiliated companies) may cancel the ticket for a Winner/Guest in the event any Winner/Guest fails to accept such terms and conditions or subsequently breaches such terms and conditions. By using a ticket to attend the Match, each Attendee consents to their person and belongings being searched prior to and/or after entry into the Rose Bowl Stadium (“Venue” or “Stadium”). The preceding includes but is not limited to a Winner and Guest complying with any code of conduct of Venue (and the FIFA Stadium Code of Conduct [also available on fifa.com/tickets]), venue policies as to bag check, security screening, prohibited items (e.g., weapons), and restrictions or prohibition on re-entry to the venue. In this respect, the rules governing stadium safety, security, and conduct, set out in the Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use, and all other applicable terms and conditions available on fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or venue hosting the Match reserves the right to cancel any ticket to the event, deny entry to, or remove, any Attendee from the venue if Attendee is determined to be intoxicated, to pose a safety risk to themself or others, to violate any applicable law, venue policy, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or engages in any conduct that brings the FIFA and/or venue hosting the Match into disrepute.
In the event the Winner and/or their Guest engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor/FIFA/venue in its sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor's/FIFA’s/Venue’s policies in effect at the time of the match, Sponsor reserves the right to remove such Winner and/or their Guest from the Venue with no further compensation. All Winners acknowledge and agree to be solely responsible for any actions, claims, or liabilities of themselves and/or their Guests.
Should the Match be cancelled for any reason beyond the control of Sponsor and FIFA (e.g., natural disaster, riot, civil commotion, pandemic/epidemic, act of terrorism), Sponsor has no further liability to any of the Winners and their Guests.
All Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein relative to claiming, accepting, or using prize elements, including but not limited to air and/or ground transportation to/from the Match or any accommodations in Los Angeles.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for failed, partial, or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware, or software. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of these Official Rules and any marketing materials (including any prize descriptions), the provisions of these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond any Released Party’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award Prizes for affected drawing(s) by means of a random drawing from among all non-suspect online/App eligible entries received for affected drawing(s) prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor as well as all eligible mail-in entries received for affected drawing(s) or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on DoorDash's website, on DoorDash's X account (x.com/doordash), and will be posted in the app. No responsibility is assumed by any Released Party for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform (including the app), or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Persons entering the Sweepstakes further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE, APP, OR PLATFORM, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
10. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND SEVERABILITY: Except as set out below, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and local courts located in San Francisco County, California, and the federal courts located in the Northern District of California for the resolution of all disputes, and agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, these Official Rules will govern.
11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, FIFA, as well as each of their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, as well as X Corp. (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Prize.
12. PUBLICITY GRANT: By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor, FIFA and their respective designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, Prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a Winners’ list (if applicable) without further compensation, notification or permission, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's or FIFA's (as applicable) sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.
13. DISPUTES; ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of prizes/determination of Winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to these Official Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral, and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence, and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If the entrant is a California resident and the Sponsor prevails in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding upon both entrants and Sponsor. IN AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL IN A COURT OF LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of California or any other jurisdiction.
14. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Consumer Privacy Policy available at https://help.doordash.com/consumers/s/privacy-policy-us?language=en_US.
15. WINNERS’ LIST: For the names of winners, mail a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: DoorDash FIFA Sweepstakes, c/o Probability, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559, for receipt by July 31, 2026.
