Why am I being asked to take a picture of my card?
This is a security feature used to protect your account.
What do I do if my camera doesn’t load?
Please enable camera permissions on your device by following these instructions:
For iPhone
Go to Settings, scroll down to Privacy, select Camera and look for the DoorDash App icon and toggle it right to give the app access to your camera.
For Android
Go to Settings, Applications/Apps, look for the Dasher App, click on Permissions, select Camera, and select Allow.
For Windows
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera to enable camera permissions for the browser application.

For Mac
Visit System Preferences → Security and Privacy →

What happens if I don’t have a camera on my device?
Please click on Other Options’ which will give you the ability to provide a second credit card with the same billing address as the one you’re trying to use.
What happens if the picture is blurry?
Please make sure you are in a well-lit environment
That your device has a camera with good clarity
That you position your credit card within the border shown on the screen
