How do I submit a photo?
Photos can be submitted to DoorDash by opening the app on an iOS or Android device after receiving an order, on the store page, or on the ‘Orders’ tab.

On the store page, scroll down to ‘Reviews’ and click on the add camera icon to the right side of ‘Reviews’

How will you use my photos?
Photos that we approve will be displayed on the restaurant’s page. If you have also left a rating or review (which is not required), your photos will be displayed in connection with your rating or review.
At DoorDash, we are always looking for ways to enhance your experience. In the future, we may also display your photos on the restaurant’s menu and in other ways. As a reminder, any photos you submit are governed by our Consumer Terms and Conditions.
I want to submit a photo without leaving a star rating or review. Is that possible?
Yup! Photos are meant to reflect your ordering experience and share visual feedback to help restaurants grow their business and people in your neighborhood decide what to eat. Please submit photos of the food in your order even if you do not leave a written review or star rating.
Can I submit photos for the same restaurant more than once?
Yes, if you order from a restaurant multiple times you can always add photos from your most recent order by following our review prompts or by going to the restaurant page, scrolling down to ‘Reviews,’ and clicking the add photo icon on the right side.
What does "AI-enhanced" mean?
If you see "AI-enhanced" on a photo, DoorDash has used AI to improve the image in ways that go beyond basic lighting or clarity adjustments. This can include re-plating the dish, replacing or adding background
elements (such as a table, plate, or surroundings), filling in missing parts of the image, or adjusting the perspective so the food is easier to see.
AI enhancements are made to better showcase menu items and create a more consistent browsing experience. DoorDash is focused on improving photos without altering the actual food, ingredients, or portion size, so the dish you see is representative of what the merchant offers.
