How do I change my delivery address?
If you don’t have an active delivery in process you can change your delivery address through the DoorDash website or mobile app:
For website users:
Click on the existing address in the upper left-hand corner of the website
If you wish to change your address to an existing saved address, click on the address from the list of addresses provided
If you want to add a new address, use the box in the “Add a new Address” section to save a new address
For mobile app users:
Go to the Account tab
Select the Addresses page
If you wish to change your address to an existing saved address, click on the address from the list of addresses provided
If you want to add a new address, click the “+” in the upper right-hand corner of the app to save a new address
If you have a delivery in process, you can change your delivery address by doing the following:
Click the “Help” button on the order tracker screen (same button on website and mobile app)
Select the “Change Addresses” tab and click an address from the list of saved addresses
If the address you wish to change to is not in the list of saved addresses, you can enter a new address by clicking the “Enter Address” button below the list of saved addresses (this feature only available in mobile app)
Please note that during an active delivery you can only change your address to an address that is within range of the restaurant from which you ordered.
