Managing store availability in the Merchant Portal

Mx - Portal - Store Availability

The Store availability page allows you to check your store status, update store hours, or add special hours and closures.

To access this page:

  1. Log into the Merchant Portal

  2. Navigate to Store availability

If your kitchen is running behind, you can slow or pause incoming orders by tapping on the menu icon on the top left corner.

  1. Click on the Status button on the Order Manager screen and select your new status

  2. Once you make your selection, click Change status

Normal is the default

Mx - Tablet - Status - Normal

There is no action needed if operations are running smoothly and you can handle the current flow of incoming orders.

If you select Busy

Mx - Tablet - Status - Busy - Add 10 Minutes

You can choose how much additional prep time is added to your orders.

If you select Pause

Mx - Tablet - Status - Pause - All Channels

You can select how long orders will be paused, and on which channels.
