How do I know where I am in the DoorDash onboarding process?
[US, AUS, CAN Merchants]: To track your onboarding status, please log into the Merchant Portal where you will be routed to the Activations Tracker. This tracker is a view of all the steps involved in onboarding, where you are currently in the process, if you are blocked, along with self-serve tools to unblock and activate with DoorDash. The tracker may be slightly different for Merchants on different order protocols, but overall it contains the following information:

Menu Creation: The tracker will inform you when your Menu is ready to view and edit. An email will be sent once your menu is ready. If there are any issues with your menu, the tracker will prompt you to update your menu source. Once the menu source has been updated, we will go ahead and create your menu.
Banking Information: The tracker will inform you once your Banking information is verified. If there are any issues with your Banking Information, you can update this information on the Bank Account Tab in the Merchant Portal or contact Mx Support.
[Tablet Mxs] Tablet Delivery: For Mxs on Tablet order protocol, the tracker will update you when your tablet is shipped and provides a tracking link to track your delivery. An email will be sent to you once the Tablet has been shipped and delivered.
[POS Mxs] POS Integration: For Mxs on POS, the tracker will update you once your Menu is available and once the integration is complete and you are ready to activate.
[Ready to Activate] Once your menu is created, banking information has been verified, and your tablet has been delivered/POS is integrated, you can activate! You can either activate through the tracker OR if you are not ready to activate, you can schedule the date you would like to activate with DoorDash. On this date, we will call you to inform you that we are activating your store and we will go ahead and activate.
[You are Live!] After you activate, a banner will appear confirming that your store is activated on DoorDash and you are ready to receive orders!
The tracker will disappear if you log into the portal after activating your store. For any questions or concerns, please Contact Support!
