Retailer-Level Catalog Overview
Retailer-level catalog in Ads Manager helps CPG brands understand how products appear across DoorDash retailer storefronts where they’re available. Use catalog intelligence tools to check quality, find discrepancies, and confirm items are ready for ads.
What is retailer-level catalog

Retailer-level catalog is an enhanced catalog capability that gives CPG brands a centralized destination to manage catalog quality and advertising readiness on a retailer level. With a centralized view across storefronts, brands can quickly spot discrepancies, prioritize fixes, and take action efficiently, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual audits and offline coordination with retail partners.
This view is especially useful when the same product appears correctly at one retailer but differently at another. Differences can happen when retailer items aren't linked correctly to corresponding items in DoorDash's central catalog, when product availability information is incomplete, or when a retailer elects to use their own content.
Why does Retailer View matter for you
Know exactly which retailers carry each of your products - no more manual store checks
Quickly spot where product content is missing, outdated, or incorrect at specific retailers
See whether retailer or brand content is shown to consumers at each store. While most retailers display your brand-supplied content, some elect to show their own content to customers. These retailers are indicated with a Retailer content yellow tag.
Make smarter ad spend decisions with confidence your catalog is accurate where it matters
How to use retailer view

Open Retailer View: Log in to Ads Manager and navigate to Retailers in the left-hand menu. See every retailer where your products are linked: linked product count and content source.
Drill into a Retailer: Click any retailer for item-level details: name, GTIN, size, category, description. See whether brand or retailer content is shown — and identify items with missing, outdated, or incorrect content.
Update and Optimize: Reach out to your account team to discuss gaps & prioritize fixes/push changes through your syndicator of choice. Use findings to inform which retailers you can activate and which need attention before your next campaign.
Note: a retailer might show up twice in Retailer View because:
The retailer was set up in the DoorDash system as different entities for different states/locations
For Canadian advertisers, Quebec currently shows retailer-provided content due to French language limitations at this time. A retailer may show up once for ‘retailer-provided content’ for Quebec locations and again for brand-provided content for all other locations
Why retailer-level catalog accuracy matters
Catalog accuracy can affect how shoppers discover, evaluate, and purchase your products on DoorDash. Accurate product content helps shoppers understand what they're buying and helps advertisers confirm that priority SKUs are ready for campaigns.
Catalog issues may also affect campaign setup and reporting. If an item isn't in the DoorDash catalog, not assigned to the correct brand, not linked to a retailer catalog, or not available through a retailer, it may not be eligible for ads or promotions or be included in your business reporting.
When a product is missing at a specific retailer: there are two reasons a product may not show up at a particular retailer:
The retailer is not sending this product to DoorDash on the retailer’s catalog
Some retailers do not share sufficient information for our team to be able to link the product in the retailer’s catalog to the corresponding product in the DoorDash catalog. If the product is not linked, the content the retailer provides is what consumers will see at that particular retailer
If you are not seeing your item at a particular retailer, reach out to the retailer to confirm they are sending the full, accurate product information for the products in question to DoorDash. Once you receive confirmation from the retailer, reach out to your DoorDash Account Executive or email cpg-catalog-updates@doordash.com with the GTINs/UPCs and the retailer name that should be selling the products.
