Manage Account Access

2 min read

CPG brands can control who can access their Ads Manager account and what they can do. You can add new users, assign roles, resend invitations, and update or remove access as your team changes.

Access is managed through role-based permissions, so each user only has the level of control they need.

How to access Ads Manager

To access Ads Manager, log in using your account email and password.

If you're logging in for the first time, your DoorDash Account Executive or another user on your brand account will need to add you as a user. Once added, you'll receive an email invitation to create your account.

Remove a user

In Settings, open Manage Users, select the user, and click Delete User.

Keep your user list up to date

Brands are responsible for maintaining the list of users who can access their Ads Manager account. Review users regularly in Manage Users, remove anyone who no longer needs access, and update roles when responsibilities change.
