What's available in Brand Center

‎Brand Center is organized into different sections that support a different part of your advertising workflow:

Homepage

The Home page provides an at a glance view of your brand’s performance across DoorDash. It brings together key business, product, retailer, and campaign information so you can quickly understand what is happening and where to explore further.

Use it to:

  • View total sales and units over the selected time period

  • See your top retailers and best selling products

  • Review Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaign performance

Sales Dashboard

The Sales Dashboard provides an overview of your business and campaign performance, along with brand and category insights. You can track campaign trends in near real-time with views of Total Sales or Total Units over time (including paid and organic data).

Use it to:

  • Track performance trends over time across your business

  • Compare performance across brands, categories, and competitors

  • Identify which retailers, segments, or time periods are driving growth

You can refine your view using filters such as date range, brand, and category to better understand performance across different dimensions.

Sales Dashboard view is available to U.S. advertisers. Learn more about the Sales Dashboard here.

Retailer Catalog

The Retailers section shows where your products are linked and how they appear across DoorDash retailer storefronts.

Use this information to:

• See every retailer carrying your linked products, including linked product count and content source
• Review product details at a specific retailer, including name, GTIN, size, category, and description
• Identify where content is missing, outdated, or incorrect
• Prioritize retailers and products that need attention before activating campaigns

A product must be correctly linked to a retailer listing and available through that retailer to be eligible for ads, promotions, and retailer level reporting.

Campaigns

The Campaigns section is where you create and manage your Sponsored Product and Sponsored Brand campaigns.

From here, you can:

  • Create new campaigns

  • Select products to promote

  • Organize products into ad groups

  • Set budgets, bids, and targeting

  • Launch, pause, edit, or optimize active campaigns

Catalog

The Catalog section shows all products associated with your brand that are eligible for advertising on DoorDash.

Use Catalog to:

  • Review product content (images, titles, attributes)

  • Confirm which items are available for campaigns

  • Identify gaps or issues affecting ad eligibility

  • Ensure products are properly linked to retailer listings

Your catalog must be complete and properly linked to retailer listings before you can run ads.

Learn more about Catalog Manager here.

Inventory

The Inventory tab helps you understand where product availability may be affecting sales across retailers and stores, and how shoppers respond when items are unavailable.

Use Inventory to:

  • Monitor on shelf availability and out of stock trends

  • Identify the products, retailers, and stores most affected by availability gaps

  • Understand estimated revenue missed when products are unavailable

  • See the brands and products shoppers substitute instead when an item is unavailable, along with the revenue at stake

  • Prioritize where to improve availability and protect sales

Assortment

The Assortment section helps you understand how well your products are listed, available, and represented across retailer catalogs on DoorDash.

Use it to:

  • Measure the share of your brand’s products listed across retailers and stores

  • Identify products that may be missing from retailer catalogs

  • Review product availability and content quality, including images, brand names, and descriptions

  • Prioritize catalog updates that can improve the shopper experience

Reports

The Reports section provides detailed insights into campaign and business performance.

You can:

  • Analyze campaign metrics like impressions, clicks, spend, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS)

  • Access both campaign-level (marketing) and business-level reporting

  • Download reports for deeper analysis

Settings

The Settings section allows you to manage account access and configuration.

From here, you can:

  • Add or remove users

  • Assign roles and permissions

  • Manage account-level settings

Complete your first setup tasks

‎Before launching your first campaign, there are a few key areas to set up in Brand Center. These steps ensure your account is properly configured and ready to support campaign performance.

Review your catalog

Go to the Catalog section and confirm:

  • Your products are uploaded and visible

  • Product details (images, titles, attributes) are accurate

  • Items are linked to retailer listings

A complete and properly linked catalog is required to run ads on DoorDash. Only products that are available in the catalog and linked to retailers will be eligible for advertising.

Add or manage team members

Set up the right access for your team before launching campaigns.

In Brand Center, you can add users and assign roles based on what they need to do — whether that's building campaigns, analyzing performance, or managing account settings. This ensures the right people can take action without impacting account security or billing access.

To get started, go to Settings and select Manage Users to:

  • Add new team members or agencies

  • Assign roles and permissions

  • Update or remove existing users

Only Admin users can manage account access and permissions. Learn more about managing your account access.

Connect to a Trusted API Partner

Want to manage your DoorDash campaigns through a third-party tool? DoorDash works with approved API partners that provide campaign management and reporting tools to help streamline your advertising workflow.

To connect your DoorDash account to an API partner, reach out to your DoorDash Account Executive. Our team will coordinate access on your behalf.

API partners are independent third parties. DoorDash does not endorse any partner’s products, services, or performance.

Prepare to launch campaigns

Clarify your campaign goal and which products you want to promote. Whether you’re driving sales, increasing visibility, or supporting a promotion, your objective will shape how you set up your campaigns in Brand Center.

Once setup is complete, you can create and launch campaigns in Brand Center. After launch, monitor performance and make updates over time to improve results, such as adjusting budgets, targeting, or product selection.
