Ads Manager Dashboard
The Ads Manager Dashboard is your starting point for understanding business and campaign performance on DoorDash. It provides a high-level view of your business and helps you quickly identify trends before diving into more detailed reports.
How to access the Ads Manager Dashboard
Log in to Ads Manager
You should land on the Dashboard tab by default. You can also navigate to the Dashboard tab on the left-hand menu.

What the Dashboard shows
Dashboard view
The Dashboard in Ads Manager provides a centralized view of your business performance, including deeper insights into performance drivers, competitive comparisons, and daypart trends.
The Dashboard view surfaces key metrics across your business, including:
Total sales or Total units
Category share and Impression Share using Nielsen or Circana signals
Competitive category performance
Performance by daypart
These metrics include both paid (ads) and organic activity, giving you a complete view of your performance on DoorDash.
Business performance
Sales
Under the Sales tab, you can view your brand’s total sales or total units over time.
Use filters to adjust:
Date range
Brand selection
Retailers
Share
Under the Share tab, you can track your category share and apply filters by NielsenIQ or Circana category, brand, and verticals to analyze performance across different segments.
Available share metrics include:
Category share: Percentage of your product sales compared to the total sales for all products within the indicated category.
Impression share: Your share of total impressions, including paid and organic
Unit share: Your share of units sold within a category
These metrics help you understand your position within the category and how it’s changing over time.
Competitive category performance
You can view your brand’s category share over time alongside up to five blinded competitor brands. You can also apply filters by NielsenIQ or Circana category, brand, and vertical to analyze performance across different segments.
This allows you to:
Benchmark performance against competitors
Identify share gains or losses
Understand how your brand is trending within the category
Performance by dayparts

View peak performance by daypart for your brand and category to understand how the DoorDash consumer shops throughout the week and plan campaign strategy accordingly. See sales and units sold by hour for your brand(s) and across the entire DoorDash category for each month.
Performance by dayparts isn’t available to international advertisers.
Campaign performance
The Campaign Performance section shows how your Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns are performing across all brands and verticals. Toggle between campaign types to view key metrics, including:
Ad impressions — Total times your ads were shown
Attributed sales — Sales attributed to your campaigns
Ad spend — Total amount spent
Return on ad spend (ROAS) — Revenue generated per dollar spent
To view individual campaign details, select View campaigns.
Use filters to refine your Dashboard view
The Dashboard includes filters that allow you to customize your analysis, such as date range, brand or category, units or sales, share, and competitors. Using filters helps you isolate specific trends and better understand performance drivers.
