How do I add another store to my account?

Mx - Portal - Homepage - Multi-Profile

Multi-Profile Access allows one email and password to access multiple DoorDash businesses. This means if you manage more than one store or brand, you can switch between them without logging out.

To add another store to the Merchant Portal:

  1. Log into your primary account in the Merchant Portal

  2. Click on your business name to access the dropdown menu

  3. Click on + Add store or business

From here you can configure your new store or business. When logging in to the Merchant Portal, you will be prompted to select which profile you would like to access.

How do I switch businesses?

  1. Click your current business name in the upper-left corner of the Merchant Portal.

  2. Select another business from the list.

  3. You'll instantly switch to that business' dashboard.
