Deal Drops 2026 - Short-Form Promotional Terms
1. Campaign
Deal Drops 2026 runs from 14 October 2026 to 10 November 2026 (Promotional Period). Locals Week runs from 21 October 2026 to 27 October 2026 and forms part of Deal Drops 2026.
2. Participation
Participation is optional. To participate, a merchant must activate a promotion in Merchant Portal for the Promotional Period (or a portion of it) by the date communicated by DoorDash.
3. Merchant-set offer details
Each merchant is responsible for configuring its own promotion in Merchant Portal, including (as applicable):
(a) discounted items selected by the merchant;
(b) discount level;
(c) promotion start and end dates/times; and
(d) any other settings available in Merchant Portal.
Promotion details may vary by merchant.
4. Minimum promotion parameters
As communicated for Deal Drops 2026 merchant participation:
(a) item discount must be 20% off or more;
(b) merchants may select up to 3 items to discount;
(c) each discounted item must be priced $16 or more; and
(d) discounted items must have images.
5. Visibility
Merchants who activate a promotion for Deal Drops 2026 will receive higher visibility within the Deal Drops landing page in the DoorDash app during the Promotional Period, consistent with DoorDash’s in-app presentation and program design.
6. Availability and accuracy
Promotions are subject to item availability. Merchants are responsible for ensuring promotion configuration and menu/item information (including pricing and images) are accurate and up to date for the duration of the promotion.
7. Changes and removal
DoorDash may update campaign requirements, presentation, or in-app placement from time to time. DoorDash may remove, pause, or exclude a merchant’s promotion from Deal Drops surfaces where required for operational, integrity, or compliance reasons.
