DoorDash for Business Terms and Conditions
Effective: December 13, 2023
You have been invited to activate DoorDash for Business benefits by your employer or a third-party program provider, (each a “Program Manager”). By activating and/or using DoorDash for Business benefits on your DoorDash account, you agree to be bound by these DoorDash for Business Terms and Conditions as well as the DoorDash Terms and Conditions Agreement, which is incorporated in this Agreement by reference. The following additional terms and conditions apply to your use of the Services (as defined in the DoorDash Terms and Conditions Agreement):
Data Provided to Your Program Manager. DoorDash may provide details of your order history for any orders placed using your DoorDash for Business benefits (“Order(s)”) to your Program Manager. These details may include, but are not limited to: your name and account email address; the names of the stores from which you placed your Order(s); whether you placed a Pickup or Delivery Order; the types of cuisines in your Order(s); the specific items in your Order(s) (including, for example, alcohol); the subtotals of your Order(s); any fees, taxes, and gratuities applicable to your Order(s); any discounts or promotions applied to your Order(s); if applicable, the amount you paid in excess of the Expensed Meal Amount (see below) for any Order(s) placed under an Expensed Meals program; the address(es) where your Order(s) are delivered; and the time(s) at which your Order(s) are placed. In the event of an actual or suspected security incident, DoorDash may also provide information related to your DoorDash account to your Program Manager.
Expensed Meals. If your Program Manager offers an Expensed Meals through which your Program Manager covers the cost of an Order up to a specific amount (the “Expensed Meal Amount”), you will be solely responsible for payment for the remaining difference between the Expensed Meal Amount and the total order amount at checkout. Expensed Meals are available subject to limitations as may be selected by your Program Manager, which may include but are not limited to: time of day restrictions, delivery location restrictions, or item and/or merchant type restrictions (such as restrictions on alcohol or convenience and grocery orders).
DashPass. If your Program Manager offers a DashPass subscription benefit, this DashPass subscription will be automatically activated for your account upon agreeing to these DoorDash for Business terms.
Modification of Terms. DoorDash reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of these DoorDash for Business Terms and Conditions at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of these DoorDash for Business Terms and Conditions through the Services. You should regularly review these DoorDash for Business Terms and Conditions, as your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
