Follow this link or follow the steps below to report if you were not satisfied with the quality of the food order you received:

Mobile app users

To report poor food quality in your mobile app, follow the steps provided:

  1. Select an order from the “Orders” tab

  2. Tap "Help" in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Under “Order Issues,” select “Poor food quality

  4. Follow the prompts on the screen

Desktop users

To report poor food quality on your desktop, follow the steps provided:

  1. Select the button with three lines on the top left-hand corner.

  2. Select "Orders" and choose the corresponding order

  3. Select "Help" on the left-hand side.

  4. Under "Order issues", select "Poor food quality”"

  5. Follow the prompts on the screen
