To report poor food quality in your mobile app, follow the steps provided:
Select an order from the “Orders” tab
Tap "Help" in the top right-hand corner.
Under “Order Issues,” select “Poor food quality”
Follow the prompts on the screen

Desktop users
To report poor food quality on your desktop, follow the steps provided:
Select the button with three lines on the top left-hand corner.
Select "Orders" and choose the corresponding order
Select "Help" on the left-hand side.
Under "Order issues", select "Poor food quality”"
Follow the prompts on the screen
